There is a noticeable difference in power, it does not cause fluid retention in the body, it does not cause bloating or diarrhea. It does not require charging, only before and after training. From the above, it appears to be more effective than the simple monodrug and with better absorption.

First time I took creatine and I saw a huge difference visually. As for strength, I don't think it made a difference, I was lifting the same. In the measurements I regularly take, it showed +3 kilograms in 2 months (from 73 to 76), of which 1.5 were muscle.
These numbers are indicative, it doesn't mean they are 100% accurate.
I don't take the recommended dosage, but half of it. I didn't have any problems at all, it seems to be safe. I will start taking 4 capsules on training days.
*I also had the powder, which didn't work for me at all.

Certainly, it does not cause retention and does not increase your weight. I also believe that it helped with recovery. However, I'm not sure if it increased my muscle strength. (I do 5-6 workouts per week).
