  The most pointless purchase of mine, much more helpful is a pedal bin. You want to throw something, for example, from a baking dish and you have to hold it in such a way that the photocell catches it and the bin stays open, otherwise everything will go on the floor. You pass by it and it opens at a completely unsuspecting time, but when you want it to open, it plays tricks on you. The motor makes a strange noise as if it is being tortured every time it operates, the bin easily becomes crooked. It has a button from which the lid opens at will and is supposed to close on its own after a few seconds, but sometimes it remains open. It has a decorative odor filter. The worst thing is that after just two months of use, the photocell started catching only one out of three times and it seems like it will get worse. Very expensive (80€) for low quality.
