The best purchase I have ever made, it cleans and disinfects effectively, removes trash and stains from the floor with one swipe. Especially when there is a child in the house, it’s not ideal for them to smell chemicals, it cleans only with water. If there was something negative I could say, it would be that it doesn’t fit deep into the furniture, but it doesn’t bother me because I use a Swiffer, and it’s a bit heavy, but again it doesn’t bother me because you get used to it. I would buy it again and again.

Satisfied. I bought it after a bissel crosswave that covered me a lot for vacuuming and mopping. Knowing that this one doesn't actually reverse liquids but functions as an electric vacuum and steam cleaner.
The issue with the steam cleaner in mopping is that when the floor is very dirty, the mop gets dirty quickly and essentially smears the dirt on the floor.
So you sweep the floor with the vacuum function and then mop with steam. The key is to not have too much dirt on your floor, like mud, etc.
It is very fast and heats up the water quickly. Although the water tank looks small, it is enough to comfortably clean an 80sqm area.
Of course, it has many functional steam attachments and can be detached and used as a portable device.
Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase as it is very versatile.

The best investment in a vacuum cleaner, it made my mess much better than the cleaning service, it goes everywhere and does everything, sweeping, steam cleaning floors and furniture. I recommend it with closed eyes.

The vacuum cleaner is quite heavy and tiresome during cleaning. It doesn't fit in corners, under chairs, armchairs, or beds. Even the old one, even for ten points, could fit under beds. From the first use, a red strip like a brush came off under the sole. From the first use, it showed that the start and stop button doesn't work properly. Sometimes you press it and it doesn't react, other times it stays pressed. Quite exhausting, on the day you use the vacuum cleaner, you don't need to go to the gym.
