    Within 15 days, the buttons and both bulbs broke....my return request was rejected on the grounds that the 10-day period had passed. So, the two-year warranty for defective products does not apply? Because this heater is a disaster. Purchased on 10/27, it broke on 11/14. I will contact consumer protection.....this will not be left as is
