Oath of Alexander the Great, 324 BC in Opis, Asia

The most beautiful adventure in the world, a fairy tale with the myths of Alexander the Great that has been recorded in the consciousness of the whole world as the Great Greek.

It is an exciting story that will enchant young readers, while at the same time introducing the great hero to older readers. Before us unfold his life, his actions, and the legends that surround him.

A narrative full of power, thought, vision, and mythical elements about the life of a young man who marked the history of the world with his personality.

His royal parents, Philip and Olympias, his teacher Aristotle, his untamed horse Bucephalus, Princess Roxane, Hephaestion, and other mythical figures, such as the mermaid and his sister, will take our young friends by the hand and transport them to the magical world of a uniquely Greek fairy tale.

The accompanying CD contains the entire audio part of the play of the same name that is performed at the "Ilyssia" theater from Sunday, October 28, 2012, until Easter 2013, by the magical fairies. The music is a proposal and an opportunity for children to discover new horizons: traditional melodies and tunes from Macedonia, as well as music and songs from the places Alexander passed through, make up the musical backdrop of the fairy tale. The well-known singer-songwriter Tatiana Zografou has composed the beautiful song of the mermaid and the finale of the work.
