This is my first external SSD. At first glance, it is quite fast in data transfer, thin, small in the size of a credit card, and silent! Its cable is small, stiff the size of a finger, but does its job normally. In the packaging, there is an adapter from USB-A to USB-C, which I think is useful! Used on Windows and iMac in Ex-Fat format. Soon I will start using it for video editing! I think it will perform well according to other users as well!

Purchase in order to be used for video recording from iPhone 15pro. It connected instantly and recorded using the mobile's native application. Management is done through the files app where you can "see" it as soon as you connect it. Capacity for 1T ssd = 280min. It is necessary to purchase a usb-c cable > usb-c of greater length in order to be able to use it comfortably and safely (e.g. the disk to be in the belt or pocket). Pay attention to the quality of the cable so that there are no losses in recording speed. (what Apple provides for charging is not the best for video recording)

The evaluation concerns the smaller 500GB one. I bought the 1TB one this year, but I haven't needed to use it yet. However, I think that the fact that I bought a second one after a year of experience with the first one also shows my opinion.

Bought it for all my work and mainly to use it as an external on both Mac & PC, obviously in exFat.

I didn't measure the speed, but it works like a charm!

It gets slightly warm but not worryingly so. The cable is a bit tight and frustratingly short, but the accessories are sufficient.

The design is decent and the size is much smaller than I expected.

I wish it was cheaper, but the 5-year warranty is what won me over.
