I didn't expect it to be useful but I was surprised. You fill it with hot water, place it on the bed at the foot level, and you have a warm "pillow" for about 3 hours. It also works to warm the lower back, the belly, anywhere heat can relieve pain. Very good!
Edit 12/8/24: The second one I bought within a few months started to smell like plastic. The price has gone up. There is much better quality at half the price or even less. Look for it.
