The reason I bought this specific heater was to be able to control the heating of my bedroom through my smartphone. This means setting specific operating hours and a specific temperature.
First of all, to my great disappointment, I discovered something that I read later on and from many other users here (and I wonder why they have given it 4+ stars) that its thermostat does not work! Meaning it does not do the basic job for which someone buys a heater, to have a comfortable temperature in your space. I measure on the floor, where the air is colder, 23°, on the room thermometer 24°, the heater's application shows 21°, and I set the heater to 18° and it works at full power! And it doesn't stop!
Secondly, in order to connect it to my home network, I had to install an additional router. It did not connect to my Cosmote modem/router or my neighbor's Vodafone router, no matter how much I tried, knowing that it only connects to 2.4Ghz. So even its Wi-Fi does not work as it should. And believe me, I searched a lot.
It is the dumbest "smart" heater you can buy. The only positive thing is the rod it has to hang a towel, for example, to dry (up to 1.5kg).
In the end, in order to achieve the desired result, I went back to my old heater that has a working thermostat (as it should), it is also more beautiful, and I made it "smart" by adding a smart plug to be able to control when it works or turn it on/off remotely, and additionally to see its power consumption, something that the Xiaomi app does not offer. This way, I may not be able to adjust the temperature in the end, but the temperature I want in my bedroom is specific and I have set it manually from the device.
P.S.: I have mentioned poor heating performance because due to the useless thermostat, it heats uncontrollably and therefore exceeds the desired temperature, consuming more electricity than necessary.
I bought it for my child's room, which is 15-16 square meters, it heats the room just fine and quickly, entering from the hallway into the room you can feel the warmth and the change in temperature. I haven't tested it in freezing conditions or at low temperatures, so far everything is good, the thermostat works correctly without any problems.
Excellent construction. Also, when the room temperature you set, e.g., 20 degrees, approaches, it automatically lowers the watts by itself. It has two levels, 850 and 1900, measured with a device. Like an inverter approximately. Also, for wall mounting, it is not recommended because it radiates as a heater from the back part and emits warm air from the front part; it is recommended for placement in the center of the room.
Very good device, quick heating and sweet, I don't know if there is a way for the thermostat to work better so that it turns on and off when it reaches the right temperature in the room.

What can one say about this heater.. portable, it warms up my space wonderfully, you can adjust everything from your phone and so you have a warm home WHENEVER YOU WANT even if you are outside. The rod for the bathroom towel is super convenient and at least I didn't encounter any issues with the app. I have two, my sister got two, my parents one, and one for the vacation home. I think that says it all. For those of you with children, especially babies, it is a FANTASTIC solution.
The device works normally, it adequately serves a room of 25 square meters, it is beautiful and discreet as well as easy to use. Unfortunately, for some reason (perhaps due to the location where I live, Pelion) the connection with the mobile does not work, which is also the reason I got this one. There are issues with the other Xiaomi devices I have in the area where I live, while before it connected normally. Strange.

I have placed it in a room of about 11 square meters. It heats up quite quickly and the thermostat shuts off when it reaches the temperature. Very easy connection to the app and very useful. I set it to turn on 15 minutes before I wake up and it has a nice warmth in the room. I have also tried it in the living room-kitchen, 45 square meters, it doesn't work there but I didn't expect it to.
Returning for an update after a few days of use. Sometimes it gets hot and smells, not always. Then I saw that a year ago it cost half of what it does today.
This is a heater from hell, with zero performance. It connects to wifi, has an ok design, but what's the use when it doesn't heat at all, except for your hands if you put them right on top of it? As soon as it turns off, it cools down in seconds, and the heat is not retained in the device or the room, of course. In short, it's a waste, and the price (bought for 120 euros) is outrageous for what it offers. Any hail stove or oil radiator performs much better and is available at a fraction of this price.

I had a problem with the wifi connection last year when I bought it. I didn't bother with it and used it without wifi. Eventually, it turned out that it wasn't the device's fault but the provider's router. With my switch to a latest generation router, the Smart heater S worked perfectly and connected immediately. I have set up a Smart home with Xiaomi products, including lamps, cameras, scales, and others. I am very satisfied with Xiaomi.
A serious drawback is the thermostat of the heater. However, it was immediately solved with the purchase of Xiaomi's temperature-humidity sensor for 10€.

Speaking about a house that is 40 years old with the insulation from back then, specifically wooden windows with glass (when it's windy, the curtain just moves from there, you can understand). So, in these conditions and speaking always per ROOM. At 3-4 degrees outside in rooms of 12-16 square meters, it becomes an oven, and of course, I'm talking about the FULL gas, which is at 2,200w/h. The fact that it is smart simply took it to another level because at night you can set it to open for 10-20 minutes every 1-2 hours, maintaining the temperature at such good levels that you simply don't care even if it cost 100. Really though. Having properly installed radiators and knowing the heat type of radiators, I can say that its warmth is EXACTLY like that of a radiator. It heats up the space directly, and you can tell that when you turn it off, it will take about 1-3 hours for the heat to completely dissipate (depending on the insulation here). You should see it mathematically for the average Greek person for a house that hasn't installed any kind of heating, it's just what you need. But be prepared to pay 40 less per month or maybe 60-70 more per month, always to the electricity company or wherever you are. Just for so little and to have such quality heating, it's a dream for me. That's it
I placed it in a small room next to the window and set it to the lowest temperature at 18 degrees. It has 6 temperature settings: 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, and it even heats up the living room which is 8 meters away! I connected it to the house's wifi network and downloaded the latest thermostat update, and it works great! Amazing purchase. If I set it above 18, the room becomes an oven!
Very good.. really warms up a child's room of 8 square meters in 10 minutes without exaggeration. The only thing I didn't like and I consider it unacceptable is that you have to log in and declare all your details for normal operation, if you want to use it with wifi.

I have it permanently set to keep the room at 25 degrees Celsius, and it automatically turns off when it reaches this temperature and starts again when the temperature drops below 25. Additionally, it has space to hang a shirt or a small towel to dry faster. Easy menu control through the Xiaomi Home app, allowing you to schedule specific on and off times. I would highly recommend it for a small space.

Lightweight, beautiful, and high-quality heater. Useful rod for drying small clothes. Easily heats a 25sqm room in 15 minutes from around 18 to 22 degrees. Connection with Xiaomi Home application is very good and useful, it adjusts all functions and is truly worth it. It requires a little patience until it pairs, but ultimately it works correctly. (Caution in spaces with very small children - the surface on the top gets very hot and is dangerous for burns if touched!) The best for its price!
Completely silent and heats the room perfectly. To be precise, it emits this warmth like radiators, meaning you feel this pleasant sensation of warmth, not like air conditioning... The only problem is that it cannot be connected to the app, I have not yet found a way and when I called Xiaomi customer service, although they tried very politely to help me, they told me that they do not officially import this particular device so they cannot do anything more...
Although it is supposed to be silent, sometimes it makes some noises from the inside as if something is happening with its spiral... like tick tick... I am quite concerned about this fact because everyone writes that it is silent... otherwise, it works fine with Wi-Fi, but I also noticed that if it is not set with the time, it never turns off...
