Since 13-4-23 I have bought the problematic dehumidifier Philco Dehumidifier Aquaria PD 20WH. I have been calling you for 15 days, and I had to force myself to talk to the service, who told me that they are not technicians and that the supervisor will call me to speak to me. I also called the company where I bought the Aquaria PD 20WH dehumidifier, and they told me that they spoke to your company's technician and he told them that the dehumidifier is working properly!
There is complete misunderstanding from both of you. I have in my possession a Philco Air Dry 16 dehumidifier for 5 years with perfect performance and factory-set decibel level of 38, which is not audible at all. The Aquaria PD 20WH dehumidifier has a factory-set decibel level of 42, but when I measured it with a decibel meter, it was constantly making a noise of 75 decibels without stopping, and at night you can't sleep. And as I mentioned over the phone, I am ALLERGIC and I need the dehumidifier, and you haven't done anything yet.
Update 23-6-23.
I was informed on 22-6-23 that the dehumidifier is at the store where I bought it and I should contact them. I did that and they told me that the dehumidifier is working properly and will be sent to my place on 23-6-23, which it did. The result is that I bought it in February 23 and 4 months later I have it in my hands, and unfortunately, the noise continues, as if it is hitting something while it's working, and it only quiets down when it stops. The dealership tells me that they cannot replace it because it is working properly.
They sent it back to me, and they say that it is functioning normally, but it still makes the same metallic noise.
