    We were thrilled with this peanut butter, tastier than tahini or peanut butter from peanuts.

    Rich earthy flavor, with a balance of sweetness - saltiness, without being either. Fantastic for spreading, perhaps with a bit of maple syrup or another liquid sweetener.

    I also tried it in baking, it's a very handy and unique ingredient. Okay, all the shelled peanuts are a bit expensive but they are truly worth it.

    I trusted the reviews here and tried this one, instead of "pralines" packed with sweeteners and oils.
