  This specific component is necessary if you want to have accurate information about what is happening inside the charger. Its use is controversial to me. If the unit is at a Bluetooth distance, for example, a pleasure boat or a caravan, then it is useful. You can continuously take measurements and see how weather conditions affect the performance of the battery voltage system, etc. It has an accuracy of 2 decimal places, both in voltage and current. I am not satisfied with the management of history and connectivity. The mobile software synchronizes quickly but requires internet connection for software updates. The device has made more than one upgrade that took a respectable amount of time. The history storage on the mobile is done in file format each time from scratch. The data is not synchronized. Also, Bluetooth connectivity is not possible if the location is disabled. Overall, it gave me the impression that the software is designed to gather information from users for statistical purposes.

  Two more disadvantages of the application have been identified, but I will not remove the star. I am writing more for information.

  The settings files that we can save on the mobile have the format *.vcsf and keep a snapshot of the last 30 days on the mobile. These become inaccessible as soon as the application is upgraded in the background. The only intermediate solution for this specific problem is to disable automatic updates of the application from the application options in the play store. Also, these files cannot be edited with another program other than the application. The data provided in this way do not have dates and must be copied one by one.

  - The best way to store and process the history is: Go to the history page and select Share. There, we specify an email or any other social media that suits us. The file created with this method has the format SolarHistory.csv and can be accessed by a program like Excel. Therefore, it is not a snapshot and the data can be copied or processed in bulk. Of course, a few more steps are needed to make it editable and possibly reverse the sorting, as it saves them in reverse order. Fortunately, this specific file writes dates. The data it stores for each day are:
  1) Total daily production,
  2) Maximum power of the day,
  3) Maximum voltage in the solar panels,
  4) Minimum battery voltage,
  5) Maximum battery voltage,
  6,7,8) Time in minutes of the hour in bulk, absorption, and float operations.
  9,10,11,12) It has positions for errors, but no errors have been recorded so far.
  In the outgoing file, current intensities are not recorded, but for those who know electricity, it is easy to parameterize the data.
  - The process is quite complex, and if the internet is not accessible at the location where the unit is, the file must be saved in memory or in the unsent folder to avoid data loss. It is also mandatory to extract the file up to 30 days to avoid gaps in the data
