I will give 3 stars because, as others say, the straps are very tight. It might be the position, it might be the extra weight, but I would only recommend them to skinny people with Victoria's Secret legs.

You can imagine how painful it is, but when I put them on to continue because my knees were killing me, I was saved. Although they are a bit hard at first, from vibrations and weight they are great. No pain, I recovered. Used for 1 month, 4-hour work in a row almost every day, I have them for about 6 months and they haven't suffered anything. The straps that hold it are 2, one adjustable from the top and one from the bottom, both go behind the knee. The straps cut a little but the knee pad stays in place, If they cut too much, loosen them a bit.

Very good for their money compared to others that cost 40-50€, the front protector is thick and square so that the knee pad does not come off the knee or slip.... Their interior is soft and comfortable, nice and wide elastic bands... I don't know how long they will last but I recommend them for those who spend many hours on their knees....
