The tip that has the plugs wears out quickly. It sounds like there are pieces inside (even when new)

It does what it is intended for without taking up much space. I bought 3 and they fit comfortably in a cable organization basket under the desk.
I prefer that it doesn't have a switch (which could be accidentally pressed).
It has enough "tight" sockets, which is probably good so that the cables don't come out easily.
