I went to a friend who is a technician and he disassembled the phone from the back, removed the battery, and disconnected the screen from below. Then he disassembled the phone from the front and removed the screen. He removed the old adhesives, cleaned everything, and put everything back together and reattached it. While it may sound simple, even if you hold it in your hands, it's not simple because he knew where and how much pressure to apply. In my opinion, it requires some experience in the field.
