Purchased in mid-2021 for €599. As soon as the factory warranty ended, the problems started. Stains of discoloration, mainly on black clothes, as if chlorine had been spilled, while the timer stopped working. Maintenance and drum cleaning were done according to the user manual. Both issues have been reported by many users, a simple search will inform you. The company's solution was, once the factory warranty ended, even for a few months, to call an authorized repairer, of course at my own cost, for the labor and parts. Obviously, I did not choose a washing machine of this price to incur such expenses, just about 2.5 years after its purchase. No reliability, never again LG.

Personally, I have been looking at this specific product for quite some time. It has a very good spin cycle, a very good wash cycle, and of course, it solves the issue of remote washing through Wi-Fi. You can actually see everything, such as what time it finishes, which program to choose, etc. And the best part is that it shows you the total amount of energy it consumed and how many washes you need to do before cleaning the drum! 10/10

It's worth its money, easy to use, important to balance it to sit well on the floor in order to be quiet during spinning. When you choose a program, it gives you the option to change the spin speed, temperature, etc. You can even open the door in the first few minutes to add additional clothes. I have nothing negative to say.

The product is not quiet, but it produces 91 decibels instead of the promised 71 by LG. It will soon skyrocket. Money wasted...

I had an LG washing machine (made in Korea) for 12 years. I bought another LG with the condition to keep it for another 12+ years. The positives: it has many programs and conveniences with the LG Thinq application, it has a large drum, and it is more compact in size. The negatives: mainly when it spins, it makes a noise as if something is hitting. The technician who came only realigned it (the alignment was already done correctly), LG doesn't seem to care. Unfortunately, the washing machine is a failure in terms of noise. Update: After 21 months (3/23), the bearings broke. The quality of this specific model is unacceptable. Update: 4/24 and the bearings started making noise again. The usage is normal without much weight. Terrible washing machine
