Indifferent taste, annoying smell. I mix them with others to make them bearable. Perhaps the healthiest in this category.
Translated from Greek ·Did you find this review helpful? From the few sugar-free or sweetener-free cereals. Fully crispy, they are great in yogurt with fruit. Of course, they have a bran taste if you eat them plain since they don't have sugar and other ingredients. If you are used to eating only Coco Pops, etc., it's logical that you won't like them, but why evaluate them negatively?
Translated from Greek ·Did you find this review helpful?I bought them once and I didn't buy them again for one reason only, that they are exactly what they say, sugar-free oats. It's like eating Quaker oats and many people don't like it. They give the impression that they are slightly burnt, at least the batch I had. Personally, I eat them plain as they are and they are definitely the best healthy snack, I don't have an opinion on how they are with milk. Regarding the comments that mention they contain sugar because the packaging says natural sugars, I would like to inform you that natural sugars are the sugars that cereals contain in their natural form, such as wheat, oats, etc., which usually do not exceed 3% (100g), in fact, according to the company here, it is lower when the recommended maximum is 6g. As for whether diabetics or people following a certain diet can consume it, there is definitely no risk in small quantities, of course, consult a specialist.
Translated from Greek ·Did you find this review helpful? It has a very strong burnt taste, I couldn't eat it a second time....
3 euros wasted..I gave it a second chance and bought the sugar-free cereal from this specific company again, but the "finger rings",
the taste is the same.... burnt wheat....
Never again.. expensive and terrible..Translated from Greek ·Did you find this review helpful? The only cereals truly without sugar. It shows in their taste, they're not very nice. But for us who have diabetes, it's the only choice. All the other brands that advertise sugar-free cereals have endless natural sugars, trying to improve the taste of the products, at least by 30%. This one only has 4% natural sugars, they haven't added dates or apricots, for example, to make them more tasty, resulting in a rapid increase in sugars. The only honest choice for someone who really shouldn't consume sugar.
Translated from Greek ·Did you find this review helpful?Good afternoon,
I have had it for about 20 days. The price is value for money. A well-known supermarket has them on offer at the same price around this time. I liked them a lot for breakfast and with yogurt. I would recommend it with 1000 thanks. I hope I helpedTranslated from Greek ·Did you find this review helpful? Finally, they have sugar. Look at the ingredients, it says natural sugar.... And I bought them for this reason, so they have sugar

I have diabetes and I have been looking for cereals for a long time that have a nice taste, contain oats and do not have sugar. The best ones I tried are Viοlanta, by far!

Translated from Greek ·Did you find this review helpful?Taste of very toasted bread
Translated from Greek ·Did you find this review helpful?Indeed, X. Sugar is like eating bran. They soften a lot in milk. They can only be eaten with yogurt
Translated from Greek ·Did you find this review helpful? It's like eating toast! It only has 4.1% natural sugar. Very healthy choice
