Good build quality but the fact that the axle dimension is not provided is a big flaw. The "universal stem" is misleading. The axles are 11mm and do not fit all chairs; for example, they did not fit mine. It is advisable to measure the diameter of the seat sockets before ordering.

However, I wonder how you are so satisfied. The rolling is the same or worse compared to the previous ones I had. This is mainly due to the fact that during rolling, they constantly change direction. I am so dissatisfied that I started to think they sent me something from another company. Why did they send it to me in a white box, and the receipt only shows their steep price! The only thing to maybe watch out for is that if your chair is set at the lowest height, these wheels will "lift" it a few centimeters. Other than that, I would buy them again with my eyes closed.
