For a price of €12, it is a very commendable proposition. It does not come with a brick, but only with a type C cable to USB, so you will need to purchase a fast charger as it states that it does not work with the classic 5V, but after connecting, the phone immediately and easily starts charging without needing to be placed in a precise spot. The size of the charger also helps with this. As for sterilization, although one cannot easily determine its effectiveness, at this price, in combination with satisfactory charging, it is at least a good additional feature.
