Very good, I had used it for sealing a car's oil pan which was leaking a bit in one corner. After I removed it and cleaned the old adhesives well, I applied it again with this one, left it for a few hours to dry well since I wouldn't need the car immediately, and for over two years now, I think since I applied it, the oil pan hasn't leaked again.

It is one of the best flat irons I have worked with. It has very good sealing and remains soft for a long time
