Description

The filtration stages of the Eiger RO system achieve a significant reduction of up to 97% of the following elements that may burden or contaminate tap water:

Chromium, Chlorine, Arsenic, Argillium, Ammonia, Copper, Mercury, Uranium, Pesticides, Phosphates, Bacteria, Barium, Benzene, Dichloride, Boric Salt (Boron), Bromide, Cadmium, Calcium, Carbon Dioxide, Carbontetrachloride, Chloride, Color, Cyanide, Cryptosporidium, Fluoride, Giardia Lamblia, Hardness, Hydrogen Sulfide, Iron, Lead, Legionella, Magnesium, Manganese, Mercury, Methane, Nickel, Nitrate Salt, Nitrite Salt, Odor, Organic Compounds, Potassium, Radon, Radio, Selenium, Sulfate Salt, THM, TOC, Dissolved Solids, Turbidity, Viruses, VOCs, etc.

Filtration Stages

1st stage: 20-micron sediment filter

It is made of 100% pure polypropylene fibers, with high capacity, and removes impurities, dust, particles, rust, and other sediments.

2nd stage: Granular activated carbon filter

It is a high-performance activated carbon filter that removes 99% of free chlorine, odor, organic pollutants, insecticides, and chemicals.

3rd stage: 5-micron sediment filter

Depending on the water quality, the third stage can be either activated carbon or 20-micron sediment filter, to prepare the water before passing through the high-rejection membrane. The sediment filter is made of 100% pure polypropylene fibers, with high capacity, and removes chemical compounds, suspended solids, and other sediments that are not retained by the 1st stage due to their size.

4th stage: High-rejection TFC (Thin Film Composite) membrane

It separates 95-99.9% of dissolved pollutants, chemicals, solids, metals, bacteria, and microorganisms from the water molecules (e.g. lead, copper, barium, chromium, mercury, sodium, cadmium, fluoride, nitrate salts, and selenium). The pollutants are then discharged through the drain.

5th stage: Post carbon filter

Approved by NSF, the post carbon filter removes all odors and residues, improving the pH and taste of the water.

6th stage: Water enhancement filter with trace elements and minerals

After the 5th stage and before the water reaches your glass, the 6th stage adds trace elements and metallic elements necessary for better water absorption by your body.

7th stage: Alkalization filter

A filter that converts the water you drink into alkaline with pH values above 8. It helps detoxify the body, improve its basic functions, hydrate its cells, and fight bacteria and many diseases.

Tank: The water is stored in a 12-liter container. Inside the tank, there is a balloon-like elastic diaphragm, which is pre-inflated with air at a pressure of 8-10 psi.

As the container fills, the air pressure increases and the water is pushed out when the faucet is opened.

Dispensing faucet: The final component of the Aqua Filter RO eco Home Reverse Osmosis System is a faucet that is installed on the kitchen countertop or sink.

It is accompanied by an independent faucet for dispensing clean water that is placed on the kitchen countertop, and a complete installation kit.

The TFC membrane of the system has been fully tested and certified according to NSF/ANSI Standard 58.

  • Well, perfect overall, very nice taste of water and easy to install. It's the first time I'm handling plumbing without necessary tools, and the whole process was very quick. With a video I watched on YouTube, I realized that if I called a plumber, he would just take my money for nothing. I also installed a three-way faucet, and everything is excellent! Long-term, I don't have an opinion yet, but I will provide an update soon. It’s worth the money anyway! (In the photo, the pipes are hastily arranged because I didn't have time to set them up nicely.)
