Strong adhesion primer with quartz sand for plasters and pressed cement screeds. It is used on smooth surfaces, such as cement boards and exposed concrete, to enhance the adhesion of the plaster or mortars to be applied. It can also be applied over painted surfaces (with plastic or acrylic facade paint) where we want to apply pressed cement screed.
