    It is used as the main router behind the provider's device in bridge mode. In terms of hardware, it is truly a beast. It can handle whatever you throw at it - especially for home use, which it is intended for. On the other hand, the software, like all MikroTik products with RouterOS, is not like the "conventional" ones provided by ISPs. It has infinitely more settings (with a recent update, one can even run Docker containers on the device), but it also requires the corresponding knowledge to be utilized.
