Cheap construction but reliable. Cheap toner. 3 stars because I find it unacceptable in 2025 for a printer not to support WiFi roaming, so if the feature is not disabled, the printer does not connect to WiFi.
I have been waiting for 2 years for a circuit board that burned out and is expensive. I have made countless calls and the response is that the circuit board is taking a long time to find. They also suggested buying another model with a 15% discount. What do you say? Now that the company has changed hands, I will try again to see if the new owners do something

**You can't send directly from your mobile to print
you first need to connect to the printer's network and then from the application.
with the same money you get something that can do it.
Easy installation through the app. Simple but good menu via web browser. Fast and good quality prints. A page counter for printed pages would be useful.
The printer is excellent for its price. Easy to install if you know the basics of technology. The printing speed is good
Good and quality printer. Fast, economical, and generally all good, except for one thing. Desperation started when I accidentally pressed the Wifi button instead of Cancel to stop a print. Now it no longer connects to my network, nor does it open its own (after many presses of the supposed WiFi button) so that I can access its settings... So I (probably) need to find a computer with USB and Windows, install drivers, and connect to it to reconfigure it!!!
Correction Feb 2023: Pantum has greatly upgraded its app and application (Windows) and now all processes are done more easily and things like sharing etc. work well now! I would say 4.5* now!
Without any evaluation, I decided to buy the Pantum 2509w because the well-known brands did not have anything immediately available with the features I wanted!! It is affordable, with the toner drum included, also economical, fast printing and good quality, easily connected through an application, small size!
I am still figuring out how to connect it to the router (first printer ever)
It has nothing to envy from other companies.. I will inform for anything else
