On the positive side, it is soft enough to provide stability and not feel like you're touching the floor, but not so soft that you sink into it. It is easily stored with its strap.
It doesn't slip much, and when it does, it's because of my sudden movement.
However, BEWARE if you are tall. I am 171 cm and, in simple terms, it is not long enough for me and I struggle a lot with several basic exercises, such as plank twists, flutter kicks, and many others, because I go off the mat from both the top and bottom.
Note that this is the first time I have bought a gym mat online, and it would have been obvious to check the dimensions, but I leave this review to remind others, especially beginners, not to make the same mistake.
In short, it is a quality mat for its price, but for individuals taller than 167 cm, get a longer one.

Very good product. I have had it for about a month and have used it several times. It seems to be of good quality and the thickness is relatively fine. Personally, I would like it to be a little softer and maybe even thicker due to the exercise I do, because even on the mat where I place it, I sometimes feel like I'm touching the floor.
