I bought the Huawei FreeBuds Pro a month ago.
1. Their sound is amazing!
2. They hear you incredibly well when you're on a phone call.
I tested them while walking next to a busy street, against a breeze, and my caller could hear me surprisingly well!
This is not a coincidence, because in these specific earphones, the two microphones at the top and bottom of the earphone stem are equipped with a wind noise cancellation tube to eliminate wind noise...
3. The active noise cancellation (ANC) cuts off many specific frequency noises, but I wouldn't say it works like earplugs, as I read in other comments...
4. They connect to my Samsung Galaxy S21 Plus in 2 seconds!
5. Their battery lasts a very long time. Specifically, after 2 hours of walking and listening to music with ANC enabled, the battery of the earphones drops to 75%...
6. Now, about the "comfort in the ear"... Unfortunately, you can only have an opinion if you try them.
It is a fact that this type of "in-ear" earphones (regardless of brand and price range) are not comfortable for prolonged use... I can't stand them in my ear for more than 2 hours, that's the truth.
In contrast to the "open-fit" earphones, which are the most comfortable (e.g. HUAWEI FreeBuds 4).

You need to download the "HUAWEI AI Life" app and make the correct settings for the earphones through the app.
You will NOT download the app from the Google Play Store (for those with Android), because due to the well-known ban by the US Government, the app on the Google Play Store has not been updated for 2 years, so it cannot detect these newer earphones.
So you can download it in 2 ways.
Way 1. You will download the Huawei App Gallery from the HUAWEI website (it is Huawei's "Google Play Store") and after creating an account within the app, you can then download the HUAWEI AI Life app.
Way 2. You will directly access the HUAWEI website for HUAWEI AI Life and download the HUAWEI AI Life app directly, without downloading the Huawei App Gallery.
Once the app is downloaded, you will install it without needing to create an account, and you are ready to add your earphones.

Owner for a year and a half now. I will be very harsh about the Huawei. I have to say about these earphones that at first I was shocked by the ANC and the sound quality for this price (85 euros back then). The gestures are incredibly smart, small and beautiful, and very durable, both the case and the earphones.
BUT
In everyday use, when I use them for calls, the person I'm talking to can hear me very clearly even though there is a lot of noise outside (shockingly thanks to the ANC they have). Suddenly, after 8-10 minutes of conversation, they say to me, "What happened? I can hear you from far away and it sounds terrible." What I discovered was that as soon as I take out one or both earphones and put them back on, they say, "Okay, now I can hear you."
This means that there is some software bug, which I found out by googling it and saw that many other users have it too. And even though the complaints are on Huawei's official site, Huawei itself gives the typical answers like disconnecting and reconnecting them, maybe there is an obstacle between the phone and the earphones, and other stupid things. All users insist that it's like this and that, and Huawei persists with these foolish answers.
I should emphasize that they were used on an Android device before and now on an iPhone.
After half a year of patience, I came today very annoyed and frustrated to express my pain haha so that you know.
At this moment, I am going for Apple AirPods Pro.
I would also like to add one last thing, I would never change them if they didn't have this terrible bug because they also have incredible multi-point switching between devices. No need for pairing, no need for anything. When you are on your phone and you play music on your laptop, it will play from the laptop. Something that I lose with AirPods if I don't have a Mac.

Left earbuds battery lasts for about 30-45 mins while the right lasts approx 4 hours... this is a know defect and Huawei doesnt care and does nothing due to the purchase was made over 2 years ago. Used them maximum 80-100 times, 150€ in the garbage can. I repeat don't buy this chinese garbage.
Amazing headphones. I've been wearing them for a year and a half and they are my best purchase. Terrific ANC. I highly recommend them!
I have had these headphones for over 2 years. I wear them daily for at least 2 hours. Therefore, I can comfortably say that they are one of the best headphones on the market (at least for the 90 euros I bought them for. Now I don't know about the equivalent ones for their current price).
They have excellent sound, although it bothers me that in order to have maximum sound performance, you have to have them on noise canceling mode. The microphone is decent, I don't use it much for calls.
Now, as for their features, the noise canceling is decent, as well as the awareness mode.
The only problem I encountered is that after daily use, as well as during workouts (note that the company does not claim they are sweat-resistant but they held up just fine), the left earphone battery dies in half an hour while the other one lasts 1.5+. Of course, they charge quickly so when I'm at home, I don't have an issue, but when I want to wear them continuously, it's a problem.
Now, the most important question. Are they worth buying? I believe that there are better options in 2024 for the current price of 180 euros. If you find them for less than 130 euros, then definitely without a second thought.
I have had them for over 2 years now, they charge quickly even though it doesn't say that it has fast charging. They have made me look good all this time with the battery life and pairing with every device. Truly, as a construction, it is value for money and it has nothing to envy from headphones that cost more money. They fit well in the ear and have everything someone asks for everyday use and they are like the first day, so I would highly recommend them.
Owner of the headphones for over a year. As a comment says, incredibly durable!! They have fallen down with the headphone case, I have accidentally stepped on them with a machine, and they haven't noticed anything!! Satisfactory sound.. I would like it louder (I don't know if it's because I connect them to an iPhone)... by the way, a few times in a year now, they do something strange, disconnect and reconnect on their own. I believe it's because of the contact of the headphone with the ear. What do I mean... that the medium and large "ear cushions" that the packaging had don't fit, so I use the small ones, which also tend to "fall" from a certain point depending on whether I exercise or not. Generally, pay great attention to how the ear fits with the cushions and personally, I would like the sound louder.
I have had the headphones for 1 year and 3 months. I have no complaints except for the fact that after continuous use of 4+ hours, my ear hurts incredibly. I bought these specific headphones about 6 months ago. I use them daily, both for talking and listening to music, and for several hours at a time. Initially, their sound quality is amazing, especially for someone who isn't particularly looking for exceptional bass. It is satisfactory. The ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) is simply incredible (I can walk next to busy roads with cars passing by and making a lot of noise, and I can't hear anything). As for their usage, I wear them for about 4 to 5 hours a day, maybe even more, and I haven't felt any discomfort or fatigue in my ears, not even for a minute. I don't even feel them. They fit perfectly and I'm not afraid they will fall off. As for charging and battery life, they charge immediately and the battery lasts for a full 5-day period with good usage. Without ANC, their battery lasts for about 5 to 6 hours, and with ANC, it lasts around 3 hours (maybe that's my only complaint, as it is the main feature of these headphones by Huawei, and I would like to be able to take advantage of it more). Finally, regarding talking on the phone, I didn't expect to see such a result. Of course, my conversation partner is positively satisfied because they can hear me clearly and I can hear them without any interference, without any background voices or noise. To give you an idea, I have spoken with the ANC turned on in a concert, close to the main stage speaker, and the result amazed me, as my conversation partner not only heard me perfectly, but I could also hear them clearly. As for connectivity, I didn't have any issues. In conclusion, if you ask me if it's worth the money, I would simply say that it is definitely worth it and I highly recommend it without hesitation!

One of the worst purchases I have made in my life!!! Using with iPhone. The headphones fit well in the ear, however, they slip off very easily and it's difficult to hold onto them. But the worst thing for me is that the person you're talking to can't hear you clearly unless you shout. Unacceptable.

I bought them after my Xiaomi ones, which cost 15 euros and I used for 2 years for everyday use (school, walking, cycling, public transportation), broke. I have been using them for almost 2 months, about 2 hours a day on average.
No matter how strict and critical someone may be, I believe they cannot find anything negative about these headphones. They have a premium price (almost 90 euros), which is reflected in both the packaging and the headphones themselves, as well as the accompanying application on Android/iOS, the Huawei AI Life.
The fit in the ear varies from person to person. Personally, this type of headphones suits me exclusively and there was no other option for me. They fit perfectly and do not fall out no matter how much I move my head within reasonable limits. Now, if someone needs them for the gym, I cannot say for sure that they won't come off. In these cases, it is better to use a band that goes behind the neck or a hook behind the ear. I wanted them for work on my laptop/desktop and only use the right one externally when I am alone on the road.
The biggest positive that no one seems to mention, not even in the Skroutz description, is that they support wireless charging. Owner of a week of Huawei Buds Pro. I decided to make a change since my galaxy buds+ broke. Everything is perfect with the headphones, sound, quality, battery, and quite good for calls.
The big downside is that as a Samsung mobile user, I can't see its capabilities because I can't download the Huawei app, so they are almost useless and I will have to sell them. They would be ideal for anyone who has Huawei.
Perfect headphones. I bought them since I sold the freebuds3, which were incredibly good without any complaints. These have a better battery and a better fit in the ear, resulting in a better sound as there is no loss of sound. They are also very high-quality in terms of premium construction, not to mention that when they were released, they cost 199€, while now the price I got them for is 81€. So, there is no discussion about whether they are value for money. Compared to the freebuds 4, I prefer them since they are at the same price and they have cushions that fit better. Compared to the pro 2, they have minimal differences that do not justify the double price.
In general, good headphones. Very good sound and very reliable connection. Also nice design, although I would prefer the gray/silver to be matte and not glossy. As for disadvantages, the main one is that the pinch system is not convenient at all, as you have to press on the side with two fingers, which is very difficult to achieve without causing problems to their application in the ear. They can be a bit tiring after wearing them for a long time, and they also have some difficulty in taking them out of the case at first, until you get the hang of it.
For listening it's great and the noise cancellation is excellent. I bought them for professional calls and for this use they were unacceptable. I received complaints from all my callers that it distorts the voice and they can't hear me well. It definitely wasn't worth the money.
The best headphones I've ever had!
First and foremost: Everyone can hear me all the time and everywhere! I like that they can be connected to two devices, I've gotten used to it a lot, laptop and mobile.
I wear them all day, usually only one of the two.
They connect as soon as I take them out of the case. Not through the app, just like all headphones during pairing.
I got them for 79€ on sale. They were worth the money.
Excellent application, with very good ANC. Excellent response of the buttons which, with the vibration, give the feeling of a normal button and very good battery. I have no problem with connectivity as long as they are connected (they never disconnect), but many times I don't have an immediate connection response as soon as I put them on. I need to press the Bluetooth settings on my phone many times to connect. As for the sound, they have a very loud volume, but the reason I rate them with 3 stars is because the bass of the headphones 'muffled', meaning they 'buzz' and there is added noise when they play at their full volume. I think for headphones that cost 100€, they shouldn't have such a problem. It is the only negative aspect of the headphones!!
WHAT IS NEEDED FOR DEMANDING USERS
I received them today and it concerns connection with the iPhone 13 Pro Max. You download the AI life from the App Store and the connection is made directly without needing to literally do anything.
For those who claim that they are difficult to pair, just read how they are paired and don't try to complicate things.
In terms of build quality, it seems to be a product that has been carefully crafted by the company, as we are talking about a device that used to cost around €200. It has a sturdy construction and is not a lightweight plastic. It carries the weight of quality.
As for the sound quality, it is amazing. You can change functions through the application and set it up as you wish. ANC/Simple mode/Sound perception mode, which, from what I could understand, increases the bass and sounds very different. Overall, the sound will not disappoint you at all.
As for calls, I haven't tried them yet, but I don't think they will give me anything negative.
I am satisfied with the battery because it seems to have good consumption and also charges the headphone case quickly.
Overall, I was skeptical when I read the comments about these headphones, but they turned out to be fantastic. They easily match the quality of the AirPods Pro, as I have also tried those.
Their current price is just right for purchasing them.
For those who encounter a problem at the beginning when connecting to their device, simply plug the case into the socket because they come without a battery (at least in my case). Leave the lid open with the headphones inside and simply press the button on the side until the white light flashes, and that's how they appear and the connection is made normally.
These are the best headphones of this type that I have had so far. The noise canceling is very good. Now the FreeBuds Pro 2 are coming to the market, so you might want to wait for those, although they will be more expensive than these.
Good evening, 5 stars for the opinion that it produces a great sound for 100 euros and whoever buys it must download the Huawei app to have the necessary settings.... It is perfect in everything, speech, battery, comfort, durability. The only downside is in the music. I had Honnor Flypods headphones for 3 years and they had better sound, especially in the bass. I think they just need to release an update to fix the sound drivers and enhance certain frequencies depending on the genre of music, etc. Well, after almost 4 months of daily use, I sent them back with a warranty to see why one earbud lasts 30% longer than the other. It has been 2 weeks and I am still waiting for them. They have a 2-year warranty, but I can see myself sending them back every 3 months to get them fixed. I didn't pay 110 euros for this. Even after the update, a few months later, the battery of one earbud starts to malfunction again. I will send them back soon. I work remotely, literally wearing these headphones for 4 hours a day... I don't know what to say, it's an incredible set. I don't even feel them when I wear them. If you can live with some small quirks like occasional disconnects on the phone (very rare) then they're great.

Coming from the freebuds 3, I have only good things to say. They connect to 2 devices, have very good ANC, and finally, eartips. I have to say that I needed the biggest size, unlike other earphones. Regarding the comment I read about them being difficult to remove, I also thought so. But if you follow the demo for the function, it shows how to remove them. I should mention about the app, on the fold 2 it didn't recognize the earphones until I downloaded the AI Life app from the playstore. I had to download the Huawei app gallery and install the app from there.
I usually don't write reviews for products I buy, but this one is worth it. At the 90 euros I bought it, it's the best value for money. I have nothing negative to say, except for the fact that I would recommend the black color because the white one gets dirty easily. Other than that, I highly recommend it.
