I have had the phone since May 2021 and it is still a powerhouse in my opinion. Two and a half years of heavy use and it still holds up well, except for the battery. Due to constantly using it with data and having the hotspot on all the time because I don't have a network where I live, the battery health has reached 79%. I replaced the battery and now I am back to how it used to be, easily lasting the whole day. As for the cameras and related features, I don't need to say anything because they are simply excellent in every aspect. Even now that the 15 has been released, I don't see a reason to change. I don't regret spending the money at all because it is something that lasts for years. As my first Apple device, I prefer to spend a large amount once rather than changing phones every two years because it starts to lag and stops receiving updates.
Even in 2023 it's still a great phone and i can definitely see it being usuable for at least 3 more years. The only problem is the battery life that doesn't last a full day

I knew they were overrated but now I'm 100% sure.
I work from my mobile, so I need a good and fast smartphone.
I always had android from midrange and above and never had a problem with anything until I got this crap. You can't call it a smartphone when you have to type the entire number in a call you've made a hundred times without showing you the matching contacts, when you type text and it doesn't give you word options and you have to write it all out. As for the battery, let's not even talk about it.
In general, it makes everything complicated and has differences from android without any substance, just to be different. It doesn't offer anything more than a 350€ android and above, except for the camera. It's aimed at influencers.
They only exist to satisfy everyone's vanity and are in no way a work tool.

Owner here for a few days with iPhone 12 Pro and first time transitioning from Android. I haven't changed many phones until now, I had the Galaxy S6 Edge and to tell you the truth, I was very hesitant to change. So, I took the risk and instead of spending about the same amount of money on flagship Android phones, I bought an iPhone. I fell in love with it from the first moment, beautiful design, a gem in your hand, and you immediately understand the quality. I had no difficulty with the software, it is simple without pre-installed apps like most Android phones and easy to use. For its positives, I would have to write all day, amazing cameras, even better videos, Face ID is incredibly fast and reliable so far, and many more positives. Two negatives, first and foremost, its battery. With normal to full usage (social media, browsing, YouTube, music, photos), it barely lasts a day. If you play a game or watch a video, it won't last at all, although I believe today no phone can last a day with such usage. Second negative, the absence of a charger, come on Apple, are you kidding us? Next time, with this logic, just give us the phone without a box, without anything. That's it from me, I hope I helped. I got it on sale for 880 euros, there, yes, I believe it's worth it, not for 1200+.
I believe it's not worth so much money
The last iPhone I had was the 5S and I switched to the Android family (Xperia Z3, Samsung S7 Edge, S8, Note 10+). I decided to make this big change because Apple has made a spectacular improvement and offers guaranteed support. Of course, the silly button is gone too... Also, I was tired of the unnecessary edge screens that, apart from their beauty, don't offer any screen protection. There was enough ambiguity in the edge area, and if it got hit, it would easily break just for fun...
So, the iPhone 12 Pro... From the first moment, you can tell the quality, fantastic screen, incredibly fast, and the battery (despite being theoretically small) lasts the whole day with enough pressure, easily lasting 6+ hours on screen (photo). The operating system is flawless, reliable, and updated for many years. In comparison, for example, with the S8, which said goodbye to updates quite quickly... The photos are excellent, the Face ID is centuries better and faster than the annoying fingerprint... Passwords, confirmations, internet banking, everything is done in a split second... I don't regret my return at all, and on top of that, the resale value is amazing... (I sold the 2017 iPhone X for €320... unbelievable)
Note that I bought it used from a friend, about 11 months old with 90% battery health. (This is not so accurate because before the format - reset, it was at 95%) for €750. The only negative is the initial purchase price... But as we said, after a year in used condition, it's around €800, while the loss would be over 50% for flagship Android devices...
In conclusion, don't be afraid of switching to iOS, it no longer lacks anything compared to Android.
After switching from a Redmi 7 as a temporary phone, the iPhone 12 Pro, after a year of use as my main smartphone, is one of the most powerful mobile phones on the market with improved features. The only thing that "kills" me is the battery that lasts at least 60% of the day with simple use.
From a 6s Plus owner for a few days to a 12 Pro, words are unnecessary to describe this phone. It is essentially a mini laptop that you can also make calls with. The functionality is exceptional in all aspects, there is nothing negative about this phone, it is simply the ultimate! I truly believe it was worth the 1000€
After many years as an Android user, I decided to make the switch to iOS and, consequently, to an iPhone. I won't mention the positives since the internet is flooded with them. Anyway, a mobile phone is a gem, you can even propose to your girlfriend with it, as I like to say often.
The Pacific Blue color is not the most beautiful color I have seen on a mobile phone. I paid an extra 60 euros just for the color.
Now, onto the negatives... The biggest drawback of the iPhone is the battery. It barely lasts a whole day with not-so-intense usage.
After that, I would have liked the screen colors to be more vibrant, like Samsung Super AMOLED screens. I won't even discuss the 120 Hz, as it would drain the battery like water.
The Apple phenomenon, where you have to pay for Apple Music just to listen to music, change ringtones, or play music on the Apple Watch, is simply tragic.
There are few negatives, but they may be significant for some. These are the things that bothered me during the three months I have had it!
Other than that, the phone is excellent. It is unfair to compare it to Android phones since each one has its own unique features.

The difference in speed is noticeable, however, I understand that it is not drastic. The camera of the phone, though, shows much better quality. I use 2 numbers on the device (esim and sim) which work flawlessly.
In my everyday life, it serves me excellently for calls, emails, and games in my free time. The build quality gives a premium feel as it should for its price. Combined with the very stable software, it is an experience that binds you (user from iPhone 2g). With dignity, it will last me the next three years until I consider possible resale and upgrade. Having the phone for about 6 months, I have absolutely no complaints... Being an Apple user for over 5 years, switching to this mobile felt like getting an iPhone for the first time... Amazing front and rear camera, which performs very well in low light conditions, as well as video, of course... Additionally, Apple now provides a very good battery that lasts a day with heavy usage... The speaker is very good, powerful, and with nice bass, of course, surround sound. Anyone who can afford to spend that much money can buy it blindly... Of course, because it's Apple, it could have been 150-200 euros cheaper, but I don't think that's a flaw.

Transition from X and the difference in the camera is huge. Especially in low light. In terms of speed, there is not a big difference if you consider that X is a three-year-old phone. Satisfied with the purchase.
I have it for almost a week now! I chose the pro because my husband has the max and I find the size to be quite excessive for a phone! I am very satisfied so far and its white color is beautiful. I don't think I will regret it and I would recommend it if someone is considering trying it! I consider it a good purchase!

Coming from the Samsung S10 Plus, I really don't go back to Android.
Whatever I say is little.. The camera is fantastic day & night in terms of battery usage, it lasts me the whole day with full usage. It's worth the money.
The only downside for many is that Apple could have included in the box a small adaptor "USB C Female to USB Male Adapter" because the excuse that the box doesn't include a charger in order to avoid a bigger box for the environment, we don't buy it.
A life of android.....(samsung - huawei This year, for the first time, I got an iPhone 12 pro. It took me 2 days to learn it and I won't go back to any other software. The phone is a gem, it's beautiful. If you don't hold it in your hands, you won't understand what they write and what they say. I had doubts about the battery life and in the end, everything is perfect. With many phone calls, emails, browsing, and Instagram and Facebook, it easily lasts the whole day. Also, in the evening, I can watch YouTube for about an hour! Data and wifi are on all day, but 4G. In the evening, when I charge it, it still has 25% (I charge it up to 90%). It's worth every euro, get it without fear, it won't disappoint anyone. If you want to play and not just have a PHONE, it's better to get a cheaper PlayStation.

Battery, in the end, I charge it from 20% (minimum) to 80% (maximum) and it easily lasts the whole day! It hasn't reached 20% even after more than a day from 80%. In the evening, when I charge it, it goes up to 24% if I remember correctly. It never lags and everything runs smoothly, as if each application you open is a continuation of the other! One of the best purchases of my life. It's beautiful, whoever can afford this money should get it blindly!

Battery life: it easily lasts the whole day, many phone calls, emails, Instagram, Facebook all day, and at 2-3 in the evening when I go to sleep, it's at 40% now!!!!! I'm serious!!!! It probably learned the usage I do and everything is perfect. It doesn't freeze anywhere and for no reason, and everything opens as soon as you touch any application! It's unbelievable. I really regret the money I've spent on other companies all these years. Battery health at 100% with the 20w charger.
Anything less than 5 stars I believe is blasphemy! No, I'm not an Apple fan, it's just a fact... top-notch screen, cameras, and the fastest processor on the market... as for the battery, which is smaller this year than last year, it has absolutely no impact on the battery life as the new chip makes incredible energy savings! A life with Android. It goes without saying that I have always been satisfied, especially with OnePlus devices, where I come from (1, 3T, 6T). With the purchase of this specific iPhone, I understood what professionalism means, because everyone who uses it as a camera says the best things and how its use can make you feel that it is simpler compared to Android. The only thing I still can't get used to is the notifications, but I'm sure that will change over time. Definitely a lot of money, but worth it for those who "know".
Kids everything is fine and everything is nice, just one question how is it possible to have a 350€ difference with the regular and 50€ with the max? The distance is very big.... a telephoto, 64gb (sorry but everything should have had 128gb) and a small difference in design doesn't justify it, food for thought.
A mini review as objective as possible, after 2 months of use for this premium device. SCREEN: xdr oled with the well-known amazing quality and resolution of an iPhone, very good brightness under the sun, incredibly realistic colors and the classic flawless face id. 60hz this year, but it doesn't bother as we're talking about a very smooth screen and overall user experience. DESIGN: we go back to the old good iPhone 4,5 design, just in 6.1 inches this time, something that looks different and convenient in holding the phone as well as visually beautiful. Ideal weight as well. CAMERA: Top performance this year too, with incredible night photos and portraits, amazing smart hdr, 3 cameras at the back with 12 megapixels each, which outperform phones with 80k and above... Especially in low light conditions, the phone works wonders. The best video on the market on a phone. The only things that lag behind compared to similar devices from other companies are the zoom, the variety of options when using the camera, and the very close-up shots. In EVERYTHING else, I believe it competes and even comes out better in most cases than the camera of the 12 pro and pro max (a click better). BATTERY: Very satisfactory. Smaller compared to the 11 pro, but equally good in terms of results. Of course, it could be better, but you can easily get through a day of heavy use. It charges 50% in almost 35 minutes with the 20W charger. Overall: Top device in everything, which you can comfortably use for 4.5 years and be perfectly covered!
After 7 months of use, everything remained the same. The battery improved significantly with the updates, going from 2 days of use to 5 hours each day, from 100% to 20%. Although the battery health went down to 99%, I didn't notice any difference, on the contrary, there was a great improvement. The cameras are simply perfect in terms of colors, resolution, focus, and everything related. As for the video, I don't need to say anything, we all know it's the best video on the market. It's annoyingly fast, meaning it opens everything incredibly quickly. The call quality is unbelievable. 5G is fast and doesn't drain the battery as much as in the beginning. iOS is alright, what more can we say. The connectivity with all Apple products is the best in technology right now. Everything is perfect, I have no words.
AFTER A YEAR OF USE
Absolutely nothing, everything is perfect, no complaints. Battery health is at 93% for those who are concerned about batteries. I haven't noticed any difference, and it easily lasts the whole day with 4-5 hours of use with 5G data (yes, if you have coverage, it works everywhere in big cities), Bluetooth, and WiFi on. I still have 40% left until 12 midnight, and I charge it overnight
Even though I have it for less than a month, the difference from 7 plus to 12 pro max is noticeably expected.
I still find capabilities and functions, incredible sound quality, good battery life, call quality.
Attention, if you buy it, make sure to get a protective glass for the 3 rear cameras because they protrude quite a bit from the device and can easily get scratched.
Disappointing that the charging cable is lightning to type c, forcing you to buy an adapter, and it doesn't come with headphones in the purchase package. For a €1,339 phone that does wonders, you expect some basic extras in the package.
Kids, I won't write much.... I had the XR and the 11 before this. I was excited about all of them but I went crazy with this one. It's worth every euro....
