Instructions for Use and Care:

• Cutting should always be done on a wooden or plastic cutting surface.
• Do not expose the blade to heat or direct flame.
• Do not use the knives on frozen food or to open containers.
• When cutting acidic foods like lemons, oranges, tomatoes, etc., it is good to wash the blade immediately.
• The blade can stain if not cleaned, due to the small percentage of carbon it contains.
• Hand washing is preferred. If placed in the dishwasher, it is good to dry with a soft cloth.
