If you don't have a refrigerator that produces crushed ice, then good luck with the bumps from the ice cubes on any surface of the body that are annoying. Since I don't have a refrigerator for crushed ice, I decided to buy the gel, giving an additional 30 euros to the already expensive product (70+30).
I ordered my gel and it arrived after 3 days. I put it in the freezer for 12 hours as indicated, take it out, and it's crystalized. I have to wait about 30 minutes each time for it to thaw a little so that I can put it in the product's bag. After 3 weeks of use, the bag started to get punctured (small holes) near the valve, resulting in water or gel dripping depending on what I put inside the bag. Overall, I have not been satisfied at all with a product that promises a lot and delivers very little.
