Huge in size. I am 1.80 and the M fits me just fine. The hood is indeed very small. Essentially non-existent. I haven't tried it in the rain yet, I will try it and get back to you

If you walk, you sweat excessively from the inside. The length doesn't protect the legs. With a little wind, it gets wet above the knee. Of course, it's cheap, okay, but I wouldn't have bought it if I knew these things beforehand.
