    truly universal because I have two barbecues (one at the cottage) and it fit perfectly in both. The cooking on chicken, kokoretsi, and kontosouvli is perfect. At first, you think it turns slowly, but it is just the right speed, obviously well thought out.     I had the corresponding skewer of the same brand with the grill at double the cost. The former skewer was threaded and with use it became loose. I found this one that was advertised as universal at a price below half. The skewer is solid, rigid, and made of non-magnetic stainless steel. It does not fall short anywhere compared to the first one, while it excels in the matter of the skewer
