The instant water heater is a type of water heater that heats water in real-time. It only heats the water that passes through it at that moment. This means there is no hot water storage tank. Proper electrical preparation with the installation of suitable cable and safety is required. The hydraulic installation is simple and easy. The use of the shower phone, which is included as an accessory in the package, really improves the pressure of hot water. The use of the water heater as a central one seems to be completely satisfactory. However, its effectiveness in winter conditions remains to be tested. I will reevaluate at an appropriate time.
Well, very good, it heats up quite well and at all costs you have to put its own phone in the shower because it has a pressure regulator. The downside, although adjustable but not 100%, is that the pressure drops in the hot water compared to the cold. The low pressure is noticeable. Satisfactory, but... The reason is that those who came to install it told me that it reduces the pressure of the hot water in order to heat up and complete the cycle. If you set it to full pressure, it won't have time to heat up and it may throw out some cold water. So, the positives are: 1. economy, you have hot water permanently instantly, instead of having a regular water heater burning for half an hour to heat up a little water, so you have hot water 24/7... 2. it has an immediate response with temperature adjustment. I told the kids to set it to 52 degrees. 3. it gives you its own phone which adjusts the pressure better and you can do your job. Negative: 1. as I mentioned above, in the hot water, it significantly reduces the pressure in order to heat up the water and come directly. It is satisfactory, but according to my criteria. The plumbers who came to install it simply disabled the existing water heater and hung it there and adjusted it.
