Very good heater. In the bedroom, I turn it on at the low setting and it warms up excessively. The remote control and Wi-Fi are very user-friendly for adjusting it from a distance without having to get up. It doesn't consume much electricity. The only negative thing about the high setting is that it may trip the circuit breaker if you have many other electrical devices turned on. Otherwise, it's wonderful.
I will start with the negatives.
A room of about 25 square meters cannot heat it. If you leave it for a week, I don't know, but within 1 to 2 hours, it just slightly breaks the cold, you don't feel the room warm. It definitely doesn't work for 40 as it claims. The remote control has poor range and you have to aim it at the body to make it work, which I find unacceptable in 2023. If you put it on full 2400w operation, the bill will come along with the employees of the power company.

The thermostat's operation is not very satisfactory
We have had it for 2 years and the truth is that it does the job. In the living room where we sit, it immediately 'breaks' the cold in 10 minutes. And with normal use, without exaggeration, the electricity bill does not increase significantly. As for the negatives, we would say that the tyua is not very easy to use
I have had it for three years, I bought it on a black Friday sale. I have it in an open space living room kitchen and it is constantly set at 22 degrees. I turn it on in October and turn it off in April, this way the house is always warm and it only turns on about 5-6 times a day to reach the desired temperature, so the consumption is not high. It helps with the front glass because I have babies and they don't get burned, but it does have some losses and it doesn't reach the temperature it claims, it's actually 2 degrees lower. It is difficult to move, but I knew that when I bought it, as I planned to place it in a fixed spot. It is really great that it notifies you when a door is left open and heat is lost. I have exactly the same ones but smaller ones in the rooms, so the house is constantly warm.
update 20/1/25
after quite some time of use, I return to add the following to my experience: 1) the wifi connection does not satisfy me. I upgraded the internet speed at home, and it requires a workaround to connect the device as it is compatible with older connection speeds (2.4). I think it is necessary to release a new app or make some update to the old one to fix this specific issue. 2) the display screen had some malfunction (some pixels were not displaying well), however, it was covered by the warranty and was fixed promptly. the experience with the technical department was excellent. 3) by monitoring the billing issue more closely, I saw that with the new programs with a stable and relatively low charge per kilowatt-hour and normal use of the heater (no excesses), it is quite economical after all.
I bought it in winter. it is beautiful, I don't find it noisy, the wifi is very convenient for the days when it's very cold because you turn it on 10' before you get home and/or you schedule it to turn on 10' before you get out of bed, which significantly breaks the cold! the wifi program takes some getting used to, every beginning is difficult.. we are waiting for the moment when all smart devices will be controlled with one app!
it is heavy and due to the glass, you need to hold it in your arms to move it without worrying that it will fall, so generally, it doesn't move easily! the feet are prone to damage to the floor, but I placed it on a rug (very small and thin, as placing it on a rug is contraindicated) and I didn't encounter any problems!
ideally, I would have placed it on the wall, but that wasn't possible. I have placed it under the TV (out of necessity due to the layout of the space) and discovered that despite the intermediate distance, the heat from the heater overheated the TV. I solved it with workarounds (the heater further in, the TV further out) to find the right angle and avoid any issues.
it is efficient and heats my space satisfactorily and quickly (30') even with open intermediate doors (40sqm).
as for the billing, the truth is that it is under investigation. I don't burn it for hours, but I turn it on daily in the cold, and the bill came quite high, but with the increases in electricity, I am still trying to figure out if it is a surcharge or just high..
generally, I would recommend it, but I would clarify all the above so that the buyer fully knows how things stand before investing. ;)
What I bought in November for an 18 square meter bedroom. It heats well. It is difficult to move because it is a bit heavy, made of glass, and there is no place to hold it. Today, my wife tried to move it and broke the glass. It shattered because it is safety glass, you see. I will contact the company to see what they will tell me. If repaired, it is almost like new, used about 20 times. PS. As for the power, it consumes 2,400 watts and the cable is 3x2.5, so it is logical for it to burn
A few words and simple. It is the worst thing I have ever bought. I turned it on for a maximum of 4-5 hours a day and I never felt the room warm (30sqm studio apartment). After 2 months of use, my electricity bill came for the first time at 370 euros (I never used it again). I do not recommend it to anyone.
It looks nice but I believe it doesn't perform as it should. I had a different heater before, I don't remember the brand, which was more efficient. Its wheels broke, of course. This one doesn't have wheels, but I don't move it anyway. It's a bit heavy for easy transportation. It works perfectly with the Tuya Smart software, so I turn it on before I go to work. I think the temperature displayed on the screen doesn't correspond to the actual temperature, there must be a difference. Unfortunately, the air comes out from the top backside, which means that if you sit next to it, the heat won't reach your feet. The glass doesn't emit as much heat. I see a big difference in this aspect compared to the previous one I had. Classic saying: why do I have a television on the floor...
It is a space heater. Neither central heating nor air conditioning. We bought it last year (2021), as a support, and it helped. It is beautiful, efficient (for a space heater), don't expect miracles... Together with another unit (when there is no central heating), it helps to warm up or maintain the warmth in a 50 sq.m. space.
Of course, it consumes a lot of electricity - and how could it be otherwise... It is wise to strictly limit its use. It should not be the main source of heating.
We have stopped using the Wi-Fi. It didn't always connect and it was annoying.
I opened it again after 6-7 months to check if it was working properly. The resistance (?) makes a noise when it closes or opens (I haven't clarified it), which can be annoying during sleep. Of course, everyone has their own sensitivities...
If you don't have any better option than a space heater, it is a reliable choice.
P.S. It is fun when everyone asks you, "Why do you have the TV on the floor?"... :)
It does not meet the expectations I had, the panel is satisfactory for breaking the humidity in the atmosphere only, not for heating. And this is when the temperature outside is above 15 degrees.
I do not think that this specific one is to blame, in general, heaters have low power. I have it in a living room kitchen space.
It quickly heats up a bedroom with a sweet warmth. The problem is that it makes an annoying sound when it stops and starts. It can be problematic during sleep if you are a light sleeper. Personally, I set the temperature higher, trying to reach it so that it doesn't have to turn off (e.g. 26 degrees). Also, it should be noted that the actual temperature is lower (by 2-3 degrees) than what is displayed.
Just okay.
Nice, but I don't know if there are better options for the money.
The mobile app is much more useful/understandable than the menu on the screen and the remote control.
It comfortably and quietly heats up a room. It's difficult to heat up a second room at the same time.
There is a lot of noise when closing.
Whatever is plugged into the socket, let's not lie, it burns... I use it in a 20sqm bedroom with moderate to good insulation and it heats it up to about 23 degrees in about 40 minutes (I haven't measured with another unit so I can't say for sure if the meter shows the actual temperature) it is elegant and impresses with its black glass panel. It makes a small noise when it turns on and off that you don't even notice... the problem is transportation... because of its weight and the aluminum support base, so be careful with the floor! Some users mentioned the difficult operation of the wifi, with the TujaSmart program and the button on the panel pressed for a long time, it connected immediately. If you think it will do the job of an air conditioner or an oil boiler better, don't buy it...
I have had it for about 10-20 days in a large open space (living room-kitchen), so some things have not yet been shown. One of these is how quickly it will heat up this space and to what extent, as it has not been tested due to weather conditions in low temperatures, but so far it seems to have good performance. Definitely, due to its weight and design, it is not easy to transport, and as for the Wi-Fi, with a little difficulty (the instructions are not very clear), I managed to connect.
Update:
Now that the temperatures have dropped a bit, I see that it takes a little time to warm up the space.
I bought it 2 weeks ago, it heats up the open space well, without doors I mean. The design is like a TV, as others have commented. The only major drawback is in transportation, the legs are made of aluminum and can scratch the marble or tiles. Bad design on the legs
From appearance .... amazing television .... it doesn't connect to my WiFi, it doesn't warm up my room, it only warms up when I'm next to it, only then you feel the heat ... we paid 150 euros for it and it arrived and got stuck in quarantine. Stay away!
Heats up very quickly. The only sound you will hear is the resistance when it cools down, which is logical. It is very beautiful and heats up a large space in 20 minutes. You adjust the thermostat and have the temperature you want. The remote control is a plus if you are in bed. If it is open, it definitely does not move easily because it gets very hot and does not have a handle. Personally, it does not bother me at all.
The only thing I have noticed is that when I change channels on the TV, the heater beeps as if it is receiving a command. Also, it does not bother me, I just mention it. It is a very good purchase and compared to another more expensive one from a well-known French company, this one heats much better as it heats the entire surface due to the glass.
Difficulty in movement, noise resistance in opening and closing, inconsistency with temperatures, the room is at 22 degrees but the heater says 24, and in order for it to work, it needs to be set at 25 to 26 degrees, unreliable operating instruments
Good purchase for Black Friday. I think the current price is a bit high considering its appearance. It is completely silent, heats up immediately, and quickly reaches the desired temperature in the room. Due to the glass, it is relatively heavy to constantly move from room to room. The legs should perhaps be better taken care of because if you drag it, you may scratch the floor, so it requires a little caution.
