  We bought the device for moderate use which covered quite well except for the noise for the first year. At about one year of use and while operating in the 15-minute program and at 30 degrees, there was an explosion (literally). When we tried to contact the company, they said they would send someone for inspection. The "gentleman" who came for inspection (basically he had come to manage to take the machine out of warranty) was sarcastic and tried to tell us that we did something wrong. His final diagnosis was that a program started with an open door? impossible since both doors must be closed for the dishwasher to start. Plus, the explosion occurred in the twelfth minute of the 15-minute fast program. It is worth noting that the dishwasher strictly washed clothes only and small quantities. The customer service of the company is the worst I have ever encountered, they have two people in the call center who simply tell you to send an email.

  The bin does not have the expected capacity for an 8kg washing machine and in a normal load, the spin at 1200 revolutions per minute is not satisfactory (I have to repeat the spinning process after each wash). The detergent and fabric softener compartment is located on the lid of the washing machine, which on one hand makes it difficult to pour them into the respective compartments and on the other hand does not retain the quantity of fabric softener until the rinse (I discovered this by chance by interrupting the wash), resulting in the washed clothes not smelling fresh.   I have had it for a few months, but it has washed a lot and difficult things. In fact, it has been overloaded and it manages to handle it.
  Among the few at this price, it is an 8kg with 1200 rotations and such good functions, especially if you use the application on your mobile phone, which is in Greek and helps you. Even the most clueless person can choose the right program and many other functions with the guidance of the program. You simply select the program and pass the mobile phone over the washing machine as if you were making a contactless payment.

  Even at high rotations, it makes the normal noise that an 8kg washing machine would make at the corresponding rotations. No, it is not silent at high rotations, but it is not noisy either. In fact, at low rotations, I forget that it is working! So, in terms of sound, it is flawless.

  The only thing that bothers me a little is that for an 8kg machine, the drum should be larger. It fills up easily as it is not very spacious, and generally, for proper washing, you don't want to overload it. I don't know if other machines with higher loads have a smaller drum, but I think it could be slightly larger for an 8kg machine without, of course, saying that it is small.

  From there on, time will tell. Overall, I am completely satisfied with the purchase, and it is worth its money. I repeat, the application on the mobile phone (NFC) will make your life easier.

  I have bought two identical washing machines two years ago. The washing machines have been installed in a vacation house and their usage is during the summer months. Within 2 years, the drum suspension springs have rusted to the point where they stain the clothes during their extraction from the drum if you're not careful. The screws located externally in certain areas are not galvanized or of very low quality and have also rusted. The interior side of the washing machine is not painted for cost-saving reasons and obviously, that's where the rust starts. Finally, in the part affected by rust, which I find unacceptable for a 2-year-old machine, even the stainless steel drum has spots indicating the beginning of rust. Lastly, in one of the two machines, my mother happened to pass it with a garment that had more water and it burned the circuit board. I consider it my mistake, but it is also unacceptable that the entire electrical part is not waterproof in the upper section. I regret the purchase due to the quality of construction. Finally, as mentioned elsewhere, a negative aspect is the loud noise during the spin cycle.

  In papers it is best value for money... and indeed, it washes clothes well, it leaves them adequately dry even at lower speeds and it has satisfactory capacity for a top-loading washing machine. However, its quality is unacceptable, the plastic clip that attaches the detergent compartment to the lid broke in 3 days under unspecified conditions. If you can afford to spend a little more money on a higher quality product, seriously consider it.

  I bought it in April 2021 for 281 euros plus 15 euros for delivery and installation. I am a single person and I wanted something affordable. I am very satisfied with the quality of the washing and especially with the variety of programs it offers. The quick programs of 14 minutes, 30 minutes, and 44 minutes at 30 degrees are extremely convenient. You can freshen up a shirt in a quarter of an hour and if the weather is good, you can wear it again the same evening after it dries. The clothes come out almost dry. Obviously, there is room for improvement in the spinning, but then we would be talking about 1400 or 1600 revolutions, which would make it more expensive. The clothes smell wonderful with just half a cap of fabric softener (in my previous washing machine, I used to put more fabric softener and they still didn't smell). One thing you need to pay attention to is the smart function. It's not a WiFi washing machine. That means you can't control the washing machine from your phone when you're away from home. What you can do is download the corresponding app, which offers you 40 to 50 additional programs. Of course, let's not kid ourselves, all these are just combinations of temperature, washing speed, and spinning. It categorizes them for you. You select the program, touch your phone to the screen, and with NFC technology, the program starts.

  Overall, I highly recommend it for families of up to 3 people, maybe even 4 depending on the amount of laundry needed. It makes a bit of noise, but if you want everything at the top level, then look for another device!
