The Philips monitor is aimed at users seeking a quality display for work, entertainment, and gaming. It is suitable for use in homes, offices, and stores, allowing users to enjoy high-resolution content with vibrant colors. It also features eye-friendly technologies such as Flicker-Free and LowBlue Mode, as well as AMD FreeSync for smooth gaming.
Wide LED screen with IPS technology
IPS monitors use advanced technology that gives you extremely wide viewing angles of 178/178 degrees, so you can view the screen from almost any angle. Unlike standard TN monitors, IPS monitors offer you exceptionally sharp images with vibrant colors. Thus, they are ideal not only for photos, movies, and web browsing, but also for professional applications that require color accuracy and consistent brightness at all times.
Seamlessly Smooth Gaming with AMD FreeSync Technology
Game instability and broken frames do not suit gaming. With the new Philips monitor, forget all of the above. Play with stable performance and without errors at almost any frame rate thanks to AMD FreeSync technology and enjoy smooth and fast refresh as well as ultra-fast response time.
SmartContrast for detailed black rendering
SmartContrast is a Philips technology that analyzes the content you are viewing, through automatic color adjustment and sensitivity control for dynamic contrast enhancement so you can enjoy the best digital images and videos or for playing games where dark shades appear. When you select the Economy mode, the contrast is adjusted and backlighting is emitted with precise tuning for ideal viewing of everyday office applications and reduced power consumption.
SmartImage Game Mode optimized for gamers
In Philips' new gaming monitor, the quick access OSD is fine-tuned for gamers. The "FPS" (first person shooting) mode enhances dark themes in games, allowing you to see hidden objects in dark areas. The "Racing" mode adjusts the screen for faster response times, vibrant colors, and image adjustments. The "RTS" (Real-Time Strategy) mode features a special SmartFrame function that allows you to highlight specific areas and make size and image adjustments. With the Gamer 1 and Gamer 2 modes, you can save your personal settings based on different games, ensuring better performance.
Less eye strain with Flicker-Free technology
Due to the way brightness is controlled on LED-backlit screens, some users notice a flicker on the screen, which can cause eye strain. Philips Flicker-Free technology applies a new solution for brightness regulation, reducing flicker and providing a more comfortable viewing experience.
Eye-friendly Low Blue Mode
According to studies, just like ultraviolet radiation, short-wavelength blue light emitted by LED screens can cause eye damage and affect vision over time. Developed with well-being in mind, Philips' Low Blue mode uses smart software technology to reduce harmful short-wavelength blue light.

Well, an opinion from someone who uses the monitor professionally and the colors need to be always accurate: stable base and it has an adjustable tilt. The black color helps to focus for some reason a bit more easily (I don't know why but it's a random observation), the quality is very good. Pixels don't show when I zoom in and my eyes don't get tired easily. I sometimes use it for eight hours and I have no issues. For graphics, it displays just fine, I have no complaints. If you're a regular user, get it, you'll enjoy it.
I agree with the reviews that mention that the panel is very good and that there has been a reduction in cost in the packaging and in the base of the screen.
Amazing picture and colors. I don't understand what they're saying about the base, for me it fits perfectly, it's stable and I adjusted the tilt as well
When I was looking for monitors, I was torn between this one and the corresponding AOC. With great difficulty, I ultimately chose the Philips. Mainly because Philips has a 2K resolution and the difference was noticeable to my eyes.
The picture quality is simply fantastic! The colors are incredibly vibrant, giving a wonderful gaming and photo experience. There is no doubt about the quality of the image!
What disappointed me quite a bit is the quality of the stand. It is cheaply made, with very little room for adjustment. It is not a very sturdy construction and it seems like it doesn't screw in properly. It doesn't sit well.
Obviously, they put all their efforts into selling the cheapest 2K monitor with the best image quality, and everything else took a backseat.
It comes with a 2-year warranty instead of the 3 years that AOC offers. And also, only one HDMI cable.
While AOC includes a display port in the box.
I took it as the 3rd screen on my Desktop and connected it to my laptop with the same cable using an HDMI hub. The picture quality is amazing and it has a high resolution. The price is very good.
I have worked with many modern DELL, HP professional screens that cost 500, 1000+ euros and were released in the last 2 years.
This particular panel is the most comfortable panel for long hours of work and I am very satisfied with the screen.
I highly recommend it, the company is reliable and the product is excellent at this price.
I am seriously considering replacing my other 2 screens with this one to have 3 identical ones
Excellent image, very good presets from its mom while I was digging into the initial settings, minimal backlight bleed, and the 75 Hz is the icing on the cake as it gives you 25% more fps in games.
I would probably prefer the same one in 24" because ultimately the QHD 27" ones are not as sharp, they require a deep desk or 4K, which you can find at a similar price but with 60Hz.
In conclusion (or bottom line in Greek): the cheapest good quality screen on the market. Nice colors, slim design, with very good resolution and refresh rate. Other screens with similar features and comparable image quality cost 50% or more. On the downside, the base is slightly unstable, there is no height adjustment (fortunately it has tilt adjustment), and the menu functionality is average. But as we said... these are minor issues. The screen with its colors is very attractive and practically suitable for general - and somewhat demanding - use, without needing to spend any extra money. It does it all and is cost-effective!
P.S. For reliability, service, etc. I will provide feedback if necessary.
Very good choice in 2K for business, office, WFH, especially in combination with software like PowerToys (open source - GitHub - https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys) for window management in specific sizes (don't be outdated with stock window management through Windows).
Amazing viewing angles, very vibrant colors, good connectivity, just note that this model does NOT have speakers, only audio output.
For gaming, it's just normal, with 4ms you can't really call it gaming.
Nice image for its price, 2K resolution and comfortably reaches 75hz, the only downside is the 5ms response time but for this price, you can't ask for much. Because I noticed in other reviews and here and there that it gives them some problems, the solution is simple, you need to check if your graphics card supports such resolution otherwise it won't... Anyway, that's all I had to say for now, I hope I helped, I will come back for anything else if needed.
I think it is very good value for money, especially in terms of image quality.
Now, on the negative side, its base is somewhat unstable and it is not as thin as other more expensive screens.
However, it has a VESA mount so you can put it on a different stand, so it's not that big of a deal.
