I read in the comments that it makes noise. No, it doesn't, unless someone is looking for something unrealistic. There is no convector heater that does not make some (minimal) noise. Otherwise, turn it off. I also read that it does not have a long cord. It's not an extension cord... it's a convector heater. It has a 1m cord and it's enough to plug it in. I also read that its safety guard does not open wide enough. Honestly... what do you want? It's not pink. It doesn't have wheels. It doesn't play music. And most importantly, it doesn't make coffee! Seriously! The convector heater is great! Cheap, reliable, quiet, efficient. All good. Buy it without hesitation. We have it in the bathroom all winter and it does its job perfectly !!!
It does indeed heat up the room quickly, but it has 3 negatives.
1) Very noisy.
2) It has a poorly designed safety feature at the bottom of the device, which deactivates the heater if it falls. However, due to the bad design, it deactivates even without the heater falling.
3) Very short power cord.
I won't mention the negative that it smells like burnt plastic in the first few uses, because after 3-4 uses, it becomes odorless.
Overall, the construction is very cheap and shoddy.
I wouldn't buy it again.
Honest, very compact in size, it does its job to heat a small bathroom. A hum, the same on both settings, can be heard but it doesn't distract you. It has a safety feature underneath, which cuts off its operation if it doesn't touch the floor. Its cord is about 1m long. On the first use, it smells a lot; I left it outside for quite a while, it might still smell a little after 1 month of limited use, but it's not off-putting. I give it 5 stars because it's one of the cheap ones and gets the job done in a simple way.
I use the heater for the bathroom. I am completely satisfied. At first, it smells a bit burnt, but after that, it's just fine.
Initially, it is good overall but unlike other heaters, you can put your hand in front of it without getting burned, meaning it doesn't blow such strong air. It does have a plastic cover with buttons that are difficult to turn. It is clearly for a small bathroom, not for anything more. Finally, the most negative aspect is the smell of plastic, which is somewhat strong
For the money, it heats a bathroom quickly and decently. Just in the first year, it breaks down and shows this red light and starts to short-circuit and throw sparks.
It does the job it is meant to do perfectly. It heats up a small to medium bathroom (of course with the door closed) fully in 10-15 minutes, and the warmth remains even when you turn it off. It also works just as well in a medium-sized bedroom. For its price, especially, one could not ask for more.
After 2 years, the plastic at the bottom broke, a small safety feature to stop it if it falls. However, now that the safety feature doesn't press, it never works
Purchased in March '23.....how long did it work! With the new season, one week of operation and that's it! Now it only blows cold air....I don't think the warranty is worth the money if you have to go to the company yourself, which is outside of Attica. Unacceptable
For a small bathroom, it is definitely worth it, the only negative for me is that the protective cover that hides the buttons does not lift all the way up, and if it is installed low, someone will have difficulty operating it
5 minutes and the bathroom is an oven. It consumes its power, okay, but it delivers heat immediately. So with the proper thermostat setting, it turns off relatively quickly. If you take a half-hour shower, this works for a maximum of 15 minutes and the bathroom is an oven inside. So it's worth the money.
Small in size, but the bathroom heats up just fine. And it's relatively quiet. I don't know if it would work for a larger space.
At first, I used it only for the bathroom, but then I would take it out to the hallway and it would satisfactorily heat up the space of the hallway and the bedroom. It is not exactly silent, but it is discreet. The only thing that bothers me a little is that in order for it to work, it needs to be placed on a flat surface, as there is a button on the bottom of the device that is pressed inward and starts it up. If I lift the device, it stops working. But for everything else, I am very satisfied.
I bought two. Both broke in a short time!
The dealership is in the southern suburbs of Attica. I have to go there myself. It's not worth the trip. Money wasted.
I give it 4 stars because it has the protective cover which does not lift up all the way, making it difficult to use.
I decided to replace the previous bathroom fan heater (from another company, a bit more expensive) that stopped heating after 2 years, with this one. I liked the color and design.
I regretted it.
Initially, it does not heat satisfactorily, although on paper it has the same Wattage as the previous one. It is also quite cumbersome. To turn it on/off, you have to lift the plastic cover (which goes up to the middle) and at the same time turn the switches that do not have any non-slip coating or grooves that would make it easier to turn. And all this while bending down as it is low to the ground.
It is true that it smells for the first 1-2 days and that it has a quite short cable.
I would not buy it again.
Very good fan heater. Heats up the bathroom quickly and satisfactorily. It also has a water protection cover which is useful. It's worth its money.
It doesn't heat up a small room at all. It's a waste of electricity that burns. I have previously bought an IZZY heater with 1800W that heats up the same space much more. The smell of plastic is excessive, the switches are very hard and do not turn easily because of the (unnecessary) cover... The worst purchase of an IZZY product I have made.
After one month and not daily use, this light broke on the second and strongest setting.
The smell of burnt plastic is more intense.
Returning it immediately.
Very good and worth I believe this money, 4 stars because it does smell at the beginning when you put it on. But still 4 stars because it is very convenient.
So far, the only negative thing is the noise and a little bit the lid that I don't understand why it exists... I unscrewed it and took it out
It has a nice design and is quite affordable for its price.
It heats the bathroom quite well and works just as well in the room I use it in.
The lid is not very convenient, and both of the round handles are somewhat stiff, requiring force to turn.
Only time will tell if it is durable.
Very convenient and practical heater. It was mainly purchased to be used during bathing. It heats up a bathroom of about 3 square meters satisfactorily in 5 minutes. It has 2 settings. The first one at 1000 watts and the second one at 2000 watts. If you leave it on for more than 10 minutes, the space becomes an oven!! Its only drawback is that it is a bit noisy, but that's a minor issue. As a suggestion, the first time you turn it on, I would recommend leaving it on for 20-25 minutes on the highest setting as it emits a plastic smell. It is very reliable and practical for its price. I recommend it!
Heats up the bathroom quickly, about 2 square meters, and also quickly warms up the bedroom where I tried it. More heat on the second setting, of course, the light on the power meter flashes quickly, which means it consumes electricity. The only downside is that it is noisy
It smells at the beginning, the cover is uncomfortable, the switches are difficult to use, but for its price, it is the most qualitative and safe.
It's fine, it does what it promises. Don't consider the IP21 as serious security, of course, but not at all...
Honest heater for its price. Heats sufficiently and relatively quickly, 2 things I would like to be slightly better.
I would like the cable to be at least 0.5m longer and the stand in front of the controls to be able to lift higher.
EDIT
Bought on October 12, 2022, died on December 22, 2023.
Regardless of what happens with the warranty, one would say it should have lasted longer, -1 star
For the bathroom, it is perfect! It quickly reaches temperature and heats it very well even on very cold days!
It heats well.. but I have bought it twice and within 3-4 months it breaks in the same way. The cable does not make contact and there is a crackling sound from the heater.. I would not recommend it
Unfortunately, it does not heat up as much as I would like and not in the time frame I would prefer. It has been placed in a small bathroom and it does not satisfy me as much as I expected. Additionally, it has a short cord and makes a little noise.
If you expect it to heat up, for example, an entire living room, as I suspect from reading some reviews, then no, it will not heat it satisfactorily. For the bathroom, because it is a bathroom, it is fine! You turn it on a little earlier, close it, and take your bath without sweating. The only downside for me is the transparent cover of the buttons which, although it was a reason why I chose it, is not particularly user-friendly, as it does not fully rise and does not stay in place to adjust the buttons. But a minor flaw.
It is good for its price! It quickly heats up a small space (bathroom) but doesn't seem to be very high quality. The first few times it was turned on, it had a strong plastic smell, but not anymore.
