  EVERY TIME it starts printing, the first page shows an error (empty ink), I take it out, touch it with my finger on the strip where the ink is at the bottom and put it back in. Then usually it doesn't have a problem until that specific printing set is finished. I wouldn't buy it again. The corresponding color one doesn't have the same issue.

  I have purchased from here twice. 1 color and 1 black. Both needed to be returned for replacement as the color was not functioning. Replacements were received immediately. The color was still poor, but I decided not to return it. The second purchase was 2 black. The first one worked for a few sheets and then the printer claimed that the cartridge was empty. The second one provided approximately 50 pages of single-sided plain text before displaying only 1 line on the printer. Obviously, it is not a full cartridge. I was willing to try the supplier for a second time, but I cannot try three times. I have looked for an alternative supplier.

  I have bought 2black and 1color inks, I put a black one into my printer, the printer recognized the ink normally, but the volume bar just shows the bottom line, this never happened when I use the hp original ink. So I think this ink maybe not fully filled. I don't know if the rest two inks have the same problem. I hope they can print a reasonable pages...
