    If you are going to use them a lot, I do not recommend them. Their material is such that it tends to fold and hurt depending on the exercise you do. Personally, if I knew, I would have gotten something better.

    The rubber bands are of excellent quality. Having the 5 different scales as it says, they are suitable for different exercises and levels of exercise. It did not come with the case that it said you carry them with you. Just be careful, the bands are not big, they are about 35 centimeters and when fully stretched they reach about 75. Therefore, they are good for home exercises but not for single or double exercises for more resistance.

    Edit: Literally, after 1 hour of training with the small band, this crack appeared.
