I bought the little radio after a few positive comments because I wanted something cheap just for this year for the field and then put it aside. I put in batteries, one Chinese and one brand name, both new and in the package for five years. Unbelievable, yet it plays with the same batteries for over five 24-hour days since I was sitting in the field for about eight hours. The volume was at half and it sounded very loud and clear. What impressed me is that it picks up all the stations without any interference at all and with the antenna closed!!! It has four bands, which I believe is unnecessary. It also has a cable, but it is not rechargeable as it states. For 10 euros? With my eyes closed. They probably don’t know what they have made. I N C R E D I B L E
