For those whose one of the two doesn't work for some reason, below is the way to reset it and make it work again.
We take out the earphone and hold it down, we put it back in the case while holding it down until the red light turns on.
It worked again for many people.
2 stars because they were excellent for as long as they worked! However, after a few hours of use, the right earphone stopped working. It never worked again, despite resetting the earphones. They were sent back for replacement with another set and the same problem occurred with the second set!

It was the second pair of headphones I owned (I mean the same model).
The truth is that I faced similar problems with the first pair, as already mentioned in the comments.
One worked on the right while the left earphone did not, another time I was trying to pair it with my phone with many failed attempts and so on...
I don't remember how the first pair ended up, to be honest, however, after 2 years they gifted me another one... and, honestly, I had forgotten the sound quality it offers as well as how well they fit in the ears (when in motion they are not that stable but it didn't bother me).
They lasted 1.5 years with daily, long hours of use (the mechanism came off the left earphone but I must say that, even though it had come off, it continued to function perfectly until one day I took them out of the case and it just stayed in my hands).
Personally, I didn't get them to talk on the phone because your interlocutor CANNOT hear you, I remembered that from the first pair.
So, if someone wants good sound for music and to be able to converse... just no! Find something else.
I have tried expensive headphones and still can't get over the fact that a pair costing 10 euros has better sound quality (and bass).
One star less because they didn't have a long duration and I constantly had their case charging. After a certain point, it tired me out and I have the impression that, before they went knock-out, the battery problem was getting bigger and bigger.
As the headphones are an old model, I ordered Xiaomi but a more recent model (without having received them yet) because they have won me over in terms of sound and price.
I've had them for about a week. As soon as I took them out of the box and gently removed the plastic to replace it with the smaller size that came in the box, the mechanism stayed in my hand from one of the earbuds! I didn't apply any force at all. I tied it up temporarily and it lasted until today when it completely stopped working. The other one works normally. The battery doesn't last as long as it says and many times it disconnects or isn't detected by the phone via Bluetooth, and I need to restart the phone. Also, every now and then, there's some buzzing sound (like interference) for no reason. They don't sit properly in the ear. The volume is okay for my tastes. Other than that, I only have negatives to say! No and again no to this purchase.
If they had a bit more durability, they would be perfect. It fell once and that's it. Until then, everything was fine
With conservative use exclusively indoors, they broke before reaching 4 months. At first, the buttons came off (unable to be reinserted) and then they stopped charging. For such durability, they should cost even less.
Many times while I want to connect both earbuds, only one connects, and also many times even when they are charged, they do not connect. Aside from that, they are good.
The only negative is the battery that "drains" relatively quickly and that I lost both of them. I don't know, I might be responsible for their loss, maybe they don't fit well in my ears.
However, they are worth it, I will order them again. I was satisfied.
7th year of daily use and they have not suffered ANY-THING. The battery lasts many hours. In seven years, I have also gifted them to 5-6 friends who have exactly the same to say as well.
Terrible sound quality from the start. Additionally, not even a month after the purchase, the battery barely lasts 1 hour.
i use them since 2019, they work just fine till this day overall VFM the microphone is terrible but it doesn't matter cause they are great
Within 3 months the right one stopped working and after 5 the left one doesn't charge. Wasted money...
4 and not 5 because on the 3rd day I had them, the left one died and did not come back to life after any attempt. The headphones were purchased in June 2020 (€20). The quality-price ratio is top VFM. Very good quality and sound volume. The battery lasts much longer than I needed since it took weeks for me to plug the case into the socket (I don't use them daily or for long hours)
From a sound perspective alone, they are good. Many times they tend to fall out of the ear, which is uncomfortable and annoying if you are doing something at that moment. The battery is the worst; one earbud can lose its battery faster than the other, and they may not charge as they lose battery even when you don't have them connected, resulting in about 3 hours of use from the moment you disconnect the device from the port
Sometimes they disconnect themselves from my device for a few seconds before connecting again and that happens even when I am close to the connected device
I received them as a gift and unfortunately the right one never managed to work. I tried all the resets in the world and it doesn’t connect anywhere with anything. So I’m only using the left one. Their battery lasts quite a while, but I mostly use them for conversations at work and it doesn’t help that I’m only with one earpiece. Now I’m looking to buy some vfm bluetooth handsfree in case I can get the job done...
I never managed to sync the two headphones with each other, they each had separate Bluetooth.
Very good sound but they don't fit well in the ears, they fall out easily, that doesn't mean they won't fit well in other ears
Very good for sound, meaning music, movies, etc. terrible for microphone, calls, etc. etc. but the price makes it vfm. Bought for 9.99 euros a couple of years ago, 2-3 years, and they still work with use of 2-3 hours a week
Durable, the battery lasts quite a while and connects with iPhone, for their price one of the best available
Very good sound indeed, but there was no auxiliary software for settings, soon they started disconnecting from each other and the worst was the case that after a few months we were trying for 5 minutes to make contact to charge them

Poor sound quality even for their price and mainly, the battery drains very quickly. It's not worth it as a purchase in general.
It was very good and honest, until one of the 2 broke and stopped working.

The headphones produce a good sound for their price. The issue is that they are not comfortable enough for me, but that can be overcome. The fact that they break within two months, no. With normal and relatively careful use, the right headphone simply stopped producing sound at a normal volume. I sent them back and got new ones, the same happened with the second pair. Better to avoid them...
They have a good battery and are quite convenient, although from my ear's perspective, if I quickly go down 5 steps, one of them might fall out. They do not have a perfect fit. Also, the sound is not loud enough, or due to the poor fit, the sound does not enter the inside of the ear properly.
My only real complaint is that they fell out - inside the case - and the magnet of the case broke.. so they wouldn't close... then I lost them too and I was relieved..
They had very good sound and fit well in the ears. I only used them for music, very good for their price.
If you have ever bought the xiaomi mi true earphones 2 basic and then these, you will understand that the difference is huge here the sound is like it's muffled, no comparison with the others I said there it was Crystal sound had good bass ... disappointment simply ...
The best headphones I've ever had. I wish I could say the same for the others I've bought for 30€ or 50€ or even 80€. The connection with a Windows computer is something that it cannot do with the same speed and consistency as the well-known Apple product that I paid over 200€ for. Even today, it has many hours of battery life and charges in a minimal amount of time. I find them very comfortable and would buy them again if I found them 1000 times. As for their price, I bought them for 10-11€ and with shipping, I think I paid 14-15€.
I had them for quite some time and I can say that for their price they are decent but after some time one earphone stopped working. If you don't have more money to spend they are good otherwise with a little more money there are better options. Anyway, for 12€ it's a good choice
Unfortunately, I had the Basic 1 and assumed that they would be just as good, but I was wrong.
1. They disconnect every now and then to the point where you want to throw them out the window.
2. They charge whenever they want, not when you want.
3. Their case seems to "lose" its charge while sitting.
4. The connectors that touch the headphones to charge must be the worst conductive metal because in order to charge the headphones, you either have to lick them or dig into them with your hand, I won't even say what...
Stay away, there are better ways to spend your money, buy 1-2 waffles or 2 pitas, honestly, I got frustrated at 30.
I just can't be heard, I hear, I can't be heard, the ambient sounds are too loud and not your voice.
