Neither 12 nor 15 nor at 230 does the light bulb turn on. It took me 2 days to figure out why the light bulb doesn't work. The LED board was checked with a multimeter and it's fine, it gave 2 lumens at 230v. It's laughable and pathetic.

Edit: This was ELmark's official response to the fake light - Since it gives what it gives (1 lumen), it's good! That's it!
I fell for it because I saw here that it is wrongly stated as 12v. And the company deliberately misleads and doesn't mention any specifications for the light that doesn't work even at 230V.
