Do not buy anything from this company. My device started smelling like burnt electrical wires. On the next use, smoke came out from the bottom. I tried calling the technical service number. Can you believe this? Not a single person speaks English. They expect you to speak Spanish for assistance.

Before the end of its first month of operation, with an average daily use of 2-5 packages, it presented a problem. While it creates the vacuum, it does not complete the sealing, but continues to operate without stopping.

For the money, it is very good and user-friendly. However, it is not suitable for more than 7 consecutive pieces (I do not consider it a major disadvantage for its price, just informing)

Very good tool for its price for amateur use, works perfectly with all bags. It does not include the tube for bottles but it doesn't bother me. It only has instructions in 5 languages, not Greek. Very easy to use. I highly recommend it.

Very useful device. It does its job with ease. As others have mentioned, the bags are very cheap, I bought extra for only 10 euros.

Very good device for the house. Once a week, I separate what I want into bags and put them in the freezer. The replacement bags are very cheap.

After many attempts, I figured out where the bag goes and it works well. It's a shame because based on the manual alone, it only deserves 3 stars.

I got it, opened it, tried all its functions, saw that everything works, and closed it. It does what it says, it doesn't have the attachment for bottles, etc. I haven't used it before, so I don't have an opinion if it's good for its price, but it does what it says. I couldn't find a video even in English, the manual is terrible, and it makes a lot of noise when you pull air. Other than that, it's good

I read the reviews and thought it was good to get it. However, it doesn't seal as well as the previous one I had from another company and it has limited options for releasing air compared to others. If you want it for professional use, I would not recommend it under any circumstances.
