If the child has a slightly larger foot, do not buy it. A significant drawback is the quality. The laces wore out very quickly, the ends came off, and over time they became undone. Also, the fabric is as easy to tear as athletic shorts.

I bought this particular sports shoe for a 10-year-old girl and it is so comfortable that she feels like she's not even wearing shoes. It is perfect for its price. Very nice shoes. They have a slightly narrow fit. I got a size bigger than what I usually wear in athletic shoes.
