  Overall good, but nothing like the Pitsos Vario 6 which I have had for 18 years. It has washed a lot of clothes, and for the last ten years, clothes with oils, grease, and powders, and it hasn't had any issues, while the Vario 9 has given me problems with the short program (15 minutes) after four years, showing error E18 and not draining the water at the end to spin. In other programs, it doesn't show any issues and washes relatively clean clothes from the house, not my husband's work clothes. If it breaks down, I won't buy Pitsos again; they are now fake.

  We recently purchased this washing machine after conducting market research and taking into account the comments from here. Overall, we are satisfied, but I believe that it needs a larger drum for comforters, as this specific washing machine may struggle to wash larger and bulkier comforters. Additionally, as for its positive aspects (at least at the 800 rpm setting that I prefer), it does not move from its position and generally does not make much noise!

  First of all, it has many programs, which are relatively long, BUT! It has a sensor and automatically adjusts the duration of the wash (thus also the water and energy consumption) according to the weight of the clothes when they are adequately soaked. This means that I can load clothes up to the capacity indication, select my usual program (cotton, 60 degrees, 800 revolutions), and sometimes the 2.5 hours become 2 or even 1.5 hours. I mean, without using the quick wash option, right? And of course, we should make sure to load the clothes in proportion. For example, if you are washing a full load of cotton, you should put fewer towels because they weigh more.

  As for washing a double duvet, I simply put it in a cold wash using the cotton program and it washes perfectly without risking the drum.

  The touch screen is a problem in all devices. One great feature is the child lock.

  Regarding the smell, everything matters, and the most important thing is how long the clothes stay inside the drum. If you leave the door open after emptying the drum, the combination of detergent and fabric softener you use, if you ever clean the washing machine with the special powder, if you use a descaler with every wash, etc.

  Also, when I close the bathroom door, I can't even hear it spinning at 800 revolutions. I have to set it to 1200 revolutions to hear it.

  Furthermore, it is sturdy and heavy construction. It is difficult to move, especially from where it is placed, because many washing machines, with lighter constructions, shift during spinning. Once we placed it, we adjusted the legs with a level, and we haven't touched it since.

  And something else that hasn't been mentioned regarding the end of the wash cycle setting is that when you set it to a regular wash that adjusts the duration of the program, it starts at the right time but cuts the duration normally. An AEG washing machine I had before this one, which had an aqua sensor and adjusted the duration, wouldn't cut the duration if you selected the end time, so that it would finish exactly at the predetermined time.

  I have had it for a year now and I am extremely satisfied with a small child, a baby, and our daily clothes. This means at least 6 to 7 washes per week (children's clothes, our clothes, children's towels, our towels, two sets of sheets, bathroom mats, plus a quick wash or a rinse, not to mention the 15-minute washes for the baby's favorite stuffed animal).

  Edit: Since I read somewhere about the detergent compartment, all washing machines have a "door" in the detergent drawer that needs to be removed entirely and placed in the detergent dispenser. The user manual explains how to do it.

  On 22/07/21, I received the Pitsos WUP1200G9, 9kg for 364€... Previously, I had a 5kg Princess washing machine that lasted me about 10 years with 3-4 washes per week... I decided to change and try something else...

  This Pitsos model has a large drum, a big screen, a Greek menu, and a compartment for liquid detergent, but I put the liquid directly into the drum using the special measuring cap provided by detergent manufacturers...

  It has several programs, but the washing times are quite long for me in the basic programs (e.g. cotton). Of course, it has a button to reduce the time without affecting the result, but unfortunately, it also reduces the maximum load capacity from 9kg to 5kg... This applies to all programs where the button (function) for extra fast finishing is available... In the program for duvets, the maximum load is 2.5kg, for wool 2kg, for dark and intense colors 4kg, for mixed and synthetic fabrics 4kg, and only for cotton and the Eco program, it is 9kg, which takes 10 years to wash (3:30 hours), unless you use the button for extra fast, as mentioned above, but the maximum load will be reduced from 9kg to 5kg, and it will take 01:30 hours... In the Eco program 40-60, you don't set a temperature or use the extra fast button, it is automatic, which means you cannot wash dark clothes in this program... For colored clothes (9kg), the washing time is 04:24 hours... Oh yes!!! And here you cannot use the extra fast button... Super, right! Synthetic fabrics require 02:30 hours for 4kg... Overall, as a homemaker, I am not satisfied with the washing machine programs as they are set by the company... They are very time-consuming and do not allow for the maximum load I would like...

  You can choose the spin speed yourself (1200-400), but in some programs, you cannot use the maximum speed of 1200 rpm... I generally choose around 600 to 800 rpm... Never higher because that is sufficient for my clothes...

  It also has a child lock button and a delay start function that you can program yourself... It also shows you the energy consumption of each program on the screen, and it has a pre-wash button and an audible signal when the program finishes... I consider the washing machine to be quite silent, except when it takes in water, which is normal...

  I will come back if anything else comes up. I just hope it will last as long as my old one...

  On 30/09/21,
  I have something else to add that I didn't like very much... After taking out the clothes from the washing machine, I have a small towel that I use to dry the rubber seal that collects water to prevent mold, the door glass, and the detergent compartment... However, when I open this compartment to wipe it, it throws out some remaining water that has stayed inside the rubber seal (probably connected to a hole for fabric softener)... This is completely inconvenient...

  Secondly, you have to press the lock button because if you accidentally touch the screen, you know what happens...

  However, it has the programmed washing time feature, which is great... I wake up in the morning, start the washing machine, and activate the programmed time for it to be washed and ready for hanging in 8 hours, and then I leave for work...

  It continues to work and do the damn thing... One thing I also noticed over time... Because as usual I use low temperatures (30 for blacks, of course, colored at 40, and whites at 40-60 depending on the clothes), I noticed that it often gives me the signal that the washing machine needs to be cleaned.... Due to the low temperatures, the drum needs occasional washing at high temperatures, I imagine due to the fabric softeners and detergent powders that stick to the walls of the drum and do not easily come off at low temperatures...

  Since I had a 5-kilo Pitsos washing machine that lasted me 15 years with several washes per week, I decided to stay loyal to the brand. I bought this specific washing machine here 1 month ago. In the first few days, I was satisfied. Today, I put a small blanket for washing and it didn't spin as it should, resulting in me opening the door and the blanket getting soaked. I used the spin function again for the first time at 1,200 revolutions per minute and it made a lot of noise. The clothes don't smell like fabric softener sometimes, so I have to do an extra rinse to make them smell nice... I generally do not recommend it as a product and it's a shame because it's not worth the money I paid for it.

  We finished a month. I come from a Samsung 8kg, which lasted for 8.5 years. Let me clarify that it was 150 euros more expensive than the current Pitsos. Of course, there is no comparison in terms of material quality, but I knew that before the purchase, as I couldn't afford to spend more money.

  However, what I didn't know was that the 9kg Pitsos would turn out to be 7kg. Its drum is 5cm smaller in diameter and depth compared to the 8kg Samsung, measuring the drum. It is only suitable for a single duvet. Moreover, I read on the Pitsos website afterwards, out of curiosity, that they use the same drum for their 8kg model (WPN).

  Another negative aspect is that the detergent compartment is not included. It is a big mistake by the company. It is basic equipment, not optional. It is somewhat of a ransom, that's how I perceive it. And unfair competition, of course.

  I had a small problem with the screen at the beginning, which was resolved on its own, and I found that the dealership has good customer service.

  Other than that, it is a heavy washing machine, stable on the floor, washes and drains satisfactorily. The washing times are at reasonable levels and depend on the amount of laundry. The option to reduce the washing time is very helpful. The door opens 180° and is convenient. It is not silent, and I don't think there is a silent washing machine in this price range.

  If it lasts and doesn't have any issues, I will be satisfied with this purchase.

  I have had it for about five weeks. I am very satisfied. It washes clothes very well and the clothes come out clean. It is a sturdy washing machine, it does not move when spinning, unlike my previous washing machine. It is quiet, you think it is not working when it is running, you only hear a minimal noise. It has many programs for a family of four, it is easy to use and beautiful. The clothes smell nice when they come out, although I have to use a little more fabric softener compared to my previous washing machine.   I searched a lot on the internet to make the right purchase. I was a hotpoint Ariston owner for almost 11 years. I have the pitsos for about 15 days now.

  Well, for its price, it's great. Compact and beautiful, the black ring on the door gives it something extra compared to its white color. It's quite silent (I should mention that those who are against silent-noisy) it depends on what washing machine you had before to compare. For me, it's super in terms of noise.

  Also, some people said that its programs take a long time. In my opinion, if you think that in an older washing machine it took 1.5 hours for 6 or 7 kilograms of clothes, I don't consider 2.5 or 3 hours too long for 9 kilograms. Also, I usually adjust most of the programs, so I'm fine with the time. The clothes, compared to my previous washing machine, come out quite dry. I usually use 1000 revolutions per minute and 1200 for my husband's work clothes. Finally, the clothes smell like fabric softener compared to the previous one. I hope it continues like this and lasts for me.

  These things about a quiet washing machine are nonsense, like unicorns, they simply don't exist. It has many really useful programs, but at most 4-5. The touch screen has puzzled me a bit, the "start" doesn't respond at first, but okay, maybe I'm not pressing it properly. On the positive side, it can handle a large amount of laundry, but be careful not to overload it above the middle of the drum if you want it to last more than 4-5 years, as the drum bearings wear out and become inseparable from the drum, making replacement uneconomical. When they say 9 kilograms of clothes, they mean wet, never dry. In the name of electricity saving, some programs take a long time, for example, the whites program takes almost 4 hours to wash them! (but it does an excellent job). Some programs can be done in half the washing time, and the 30-minute program will save you for everyday clothes that just need a refresh and are not very dirty. The spin at 800 is very good. The screen provides all the useful information, the door closes firmly with a hidden handle and a beautiful black ring. The rotating switch is also sturdy and precise. Overall, the device is worth its money, it is sturdy and well-made, except for the filter door, which is literally made of the plastic they use in soft drink bottles. However, it is definitely not quiet, there is no such thing as a quiet washing machine. Its reliability will be evident over time, personally, with 4 washes per week, if it lasts 6 years, I will consider it a good purchase.

  I bought it for 369 euros on a special offer from a well-known chain of stores due to the black Friday period. It replaced my old top-loading washing machine, which was 10 years old and had a 5-kilogram capacity. It still works fine, but we wanted a bigger one. Before buying a washing machine, I did quite a bit of research, and what I realized is that a more expensive product doesn't necessarily mean it's better than a cheaper one. More specifically, my finding after market research is that Pitsos washing machines, regardless of the model, are all quite good, and negative comments are very rare. In the one week that we have had it, I confirm the positive comments that are written about Pitsos washing machines of the same category because for this specific model, nothing has been written yet since it is new. It has a sturdy and high-quality construction, a large capacity, the motor is completely silent, you can't even hear it, only the clothes make a little noise and when the water pump is running. It has a variety of programs, and they are in Greek, just like the instruction booklet. It has a nice color screen that shows you the washing information, with touch buttons for the settings, and overall it is a beautiful washing machine, especially with the black door. It washes properly, and the clothes come out almost dry up to the 800 revolutions per minute that we use, and you don't even notice the spinning. It weighs the clothes and adjusts the washing time according to the weight for proper washing. It also takes the fabric softener about 15 minutes before the program finishes, which is very important, and it stays on the clothes, unlike my old washing machine that took it with the detergent, and by the time the washing machine finished, you could hardly feel it. So far, I haven't found anything negative, I hope it will last over time, and I think it is a worthwhile purchase, not too cheap but not too expensive either. If you are within the budget you have, I recommend it.
