We have used it twice with my father,
The first time we put in 40 eggs, we got 21 chicks, of course, we had it in an open outdoor sheltered space.
The second time we put in 50 eggs in a room and we got 42 chicks.
If you follow the instructions they give you, you definitely have a success rate of 80%-90%.
Very good machine and automatic.

The first one lasted 3 years and now we got another one that the first 3 times we had a success rate of 25-30 out of 50 free eggs. I hope the next times will go better.
The only problem is that it got stuck at 21 days after we completed the incubation cycle and now it has reached 42 days that we put it back again and we don't know how to reset the days. The best I ever achieved was 70%, but I had to constantly be on top of it. The last time I set the temperature to a certain value, the current temperature automatically went 0.2 - 0.4 degrees higher, resulting in the heater not turning on at all. I wouldn't recommend it. Just to mention, the temperature that worked best for me was 38.4 (machine indication). As for the humidity, I just crossed my fingers every time.

I have taken measurements and it shows that it only goes up to 35.7 degrees Celsius, while the thermostat setting is 39.5 degrees Celsius. I say this from experience because I know about egg incubators. In other words, the machine shows a reading of 39.5 degrees while the actual temperature is 35.7. Note that both sensors are placed together in the same position. I now think that the problem may be with the sensor. I will change it and see. I don't know if it hatches birds, but I also notice a weakness in the heating cable, as it does not produce enough heat. I will provide updates later. In any case, I do not recommend it for beginners. I will update on Saturday, March 4th at 23:00.
I changed the sensor in the machine as I couldn't find the same one, and I adjusted the factory settings. Now the machine works properly with an external hygrometer. However, the temperatures shown on the dial have no relation to the actual temperatures. For example, it operates at 22.5 degrees Celsius for me, while it should be 37.7 degrees Celsius as shown in the pictures. We will see in a few days if the whole problem is with the sensor. I will provide an update.
I am back on March 26th, 2023. The machine hatched birds. I found the exact temperature sensor and replaced it. Everything is fine now. Good luck to everyone, and don't forget to make four small holes, for example with an octagonal drill, on the yellow cover on the sides in the four corners to allow for ventilation because it retained too much moisture. The success rate was 70%, and now the eggs also play a role.
I am back on May 1st, 2023. Everything was fixed with the replacement of the temperature sensor. I have hatched over 100 birds. I believe it was a batch defect with the sensor. Good luck to everyone. The good thing about this machine is that when I checked and found infertile eggs, I replaced them and there were no issues along the way.
