I loaded it with 3 bottles, 1 milk dispenser with 4 compartments, cream, diapers, baby wipes, 2 changes for the baby, 1 shirt for me in case it gets dirty with drool, baby's jacket and windbreaker, a blanket, an extra burp cloth besides the one in the bag, a bag with a few toys and teething items, bibs, and there was still space for a few more things! It seems durable. The only negative is that it doesn't have much height and couldn't fit the 500ml thermos upright inside, so I had it outside or had to put it in the external pocket, which is not convenient either in reality.
