After a year of use, the material started tearing on its own as if it were old paper and not plastic. Not good quality at all, despite appearing to be high-quality and having various conveniences (vent openings, tying ropes, etc)

Very good material. It seems to withstand the test of time. It also has holes and a cord in the 4 bottom corners to tie it to the furniture so it doesn't fly away in the wind.
