Our essential model did not have maps, so it is wrong for many resellers to advertise that it does. Before the warranty expired, the mopping function did not work properly as the water would fall into the bin and filter, causing complications in the quality of cleaning. However, that's okay with me since I prefer regular mopping. Keep in mind that you need to be patient at the beginning until you learn how to handle it and remove any obstacles that may block it. I had difficulty finding spare parts and they sent me the wrong model twice, so I ended up ordering from abroad. Overall, it cleans the house and we have never needed to use the traditional electric one.

  We bought it on sale in 2021 at 60% of its price. For the price in 2023, I would not recommend it as there are similar, cheaper options, although I don't know if they are good. As a tool, it is excellent, even as one of the simplest vacuums out there without maps/area restrictions and many luxuries, it works perfectly, cleans well, and saves you incredible time from sweeping/mopping, although it requires some attention and intervention in case of more complex areas in the house. Many complain that it makes a lot of noise, but it is quieter than most electric vacuums out there, so I don't understand the comparison. The consumables last for more than a year with almost daily use.

  It is perfect for hardwood and tile floors, average for carpets.

  It withstands use and... collisions. There is a common problem with this particular model that I mention for owners who may encounter it. After 1.5 years, there is a chance that it frequently stops with a "Brush error" sound. The problem is easily solved by gluing a cable of the main brush motor that detaches due to heat, which an electrician can do for you at a low cost if it happens.

  Don't waste your money.

  I bought it 3 years ago. Initially, the mapping is below average and leaves many gaps that it doesn't pass through, it also loses its map many times and resets it like the first time.
  Secondly, and most importantly, the model is probably faulty because the battery died for all of us within 2-3 years (and I hadn't even used it to clean half the time). It definitely isn't worth the money.

  With 100€ less, I bought another brand that isn't made for mapping and cleans much better.

  I have bought 2, they clean satisfactorily, the only negative is that in 2 years it needs a battery pack replacement which costs around 70€ in the market. In stores that make custom battery packs, it will cost around 40€ with 4 Sony 18650 batteries. Not suitable for thick carpets.

HOWEVER, with regular use of wiping, in the 2 years it stopped releasing water onto the cloth, resulting in not being able to wipe properly. Since it was out of warranty, I decided to open it up... I unscrewed 30 screws (real number...) to reach the part with the 3 small holes that can be seen from below. They were completely CLOGGED... WITH SALT. From that moment on, I always use DEMINERALIZED WATER. ALWAYS. As far as I know, it works well with water from air conditioners.

  The issue is that three years later, it suddenly started to not finish cleaning and to turn off without a message or returning to the base. For a 50sqm house, this is not normal. I noticed that as soon as the battery reaches 60%-50%, it suddenly turns off until I take it to the base.

  I have three kittens that shed a lot. I was skeptical about buying such a product because of the price and effectiveness. I saw the light. My house doesn't have many furniture or cables and other objects lying around on the floor. The space is relatively empty. It is the best purchase I have made in the last ten years. I am worry-free, without exaggeration. I don't use a mop, but the vacuuming is perfect mainly because I don't have to do it myself and because it can vacuum endlessly without any issues. I use my time for better activities and I have a clean house. Of course, once in a while, it needs the regular vacuuming and mopping, but for the most part, I have relaxed. I refer you to the review of the gentleman who "saw the floor" (similar to me). The accessories are cheap and easy to find. Buy it with your eyes closed if your house is not heavily loaded with tables, chairs, and countless objects, and also prepare the space for stray objects. Without a second thought...

  Update after a year of light use:
  Purchased on 12/4/2022 last Easter as a gift for the house, it was returned from repair on 4/10/22 with a problem that when we returned from vacation and disconnected the machine from the socket, as soon as we plugged it back in and asked it to do what it was bought for, it did absolutely nothing. Dead. After communicating with the store where it was purchased, they referred us to the return through Skroutz, which we did. No complaints. Without charge, it was picked up from our place - provided that the original packaging exists - and sent to Skroutz for further handling. It returns after a while with the observation that the service found nothing wrong and the machine was working properly. Lately, in April 2023 - a year after the purchase - it has been observed that the wheels do not descend as they used to, it goes to the base but cannot lift it, and therefore it never charges. It needs to be placed on the base slowly for it to understand, it doesn't rise even a height of two millimeters, it also doesn't descend, it needs a little push. Nevertheless, it cleans properly on an open surface, like a regular €20 vacuum cleaner. We have no complaints about that. The original store has permanently closed. I have many Xiaomi products from a phone to a kettle, and possibly a bag and the entire range of their smart products, among many others, even pens, but it seems that the Chinese blood will eventually show up. In any case, I will see what can be done with the Quest, which is the representative of this particular product and the potential cost of repair. I bought it for €139, so it is obvious that I would not pay €250, which seems to be the current cost, for such a useless product, but I would buy a €15 vacuum cleaner from another Chinese company. As for this one, it will probably end up being a toy for the kittens. Since the other products of the same company close after a year of use, we expect the same results gradually. As you can understand, caution and suspicion towards this company have become a regime. I will also monitor reviews after a year of use to finally see what the problem is.
  After several exchanges via emails, it was received for repair. A good sign... We will inform you accordingly.
  Update: Skroutz was excellent in customer service. The store was closed, there was no service, the import was private, anyway, but I was compensated with a deposit into the account of the money I spent on the product. They had told me that they would send me back the defective product, but it was destroyed during transportation. I would like to emphasize that Skroutz was ultimately the only point of guarantee. It is the reason why I decided to buy almost everything through Skroutz. I have an annual plus subscription, I don't know if that plays a role. The most important thing is that if you leave it unused for a long time (for example, during winter due to the presence of carpets that it cannot clean), it presents a problem with the water container tubes. From what I searched and read, it is a common problem in these vacuum cleaners and generally requires unscrewing all the screws until you have access to the water container tubes to fix them. I don't know if it is due to the presence of air in the tubes or some debris or dust, but it is a shame for it to break for such a reason. Just know that if you unscrew the screws that have a sticker on them, the warranty will no longer be valid.

  Due to the fact that it does not have the radar on top, it is slow in mapping and does not do it perfectly, but you gain in height and it fits easily under the sofas (at least in comparison to the mop p).
  The only negative, hence the 4 stars, is that mopping is like Russian roulette whether you will burn the vacuum cleaner or not... And of course, the warranty does not cover water damage...
  No matter how hard I tried to put the water tank, it always leaked and entered the body of the vacuum cleaner...

  The vacuum cleaner is a powerful tool, considering its price range of 100-150 euros. It cleans a house of 75 square meters, even if the space is complex. It returns to its base at the end. It can be controlled through the mobile application without ever encountering a problem. You can see when it needs new parts, change the suction power, schedule cleaning, and view the maps of the areas it has cleaned to check its progress. You can also control it remotely, but only when you are close to it.

  Its biggest drawback is the mapping. It creates a map but does not save it for the next time. It successfully manages to clean almost all areas of the space, but it doesn't handle commands well during cleaning. So, don't bother it while it's operating because it may lose its sense of space or have difficulty finding its base afterwards.

  I don't use it for mopping, I don't need it for that, but I wouldn't trust it anyway, to be honest (the same applies to more expensive models).
