Works fine for measuring heart rate.
When measuring oxygen saturation, it showed 89-91 max in a patient with COVID and we almost had to intubate him in the living room!!!
We brought in a pathologist urgently, and the oxygen saturation was at 98....
Clearly, the measurement did not match the clinical picture, but it still makes you anxious no matter what!!

I bought it from a pharmacy for 34€!!! They told me it was supplied from my pharmacy warehouse! And I see that its value is only 5€. Very cheap construction. Different measurements on one hand and different on the other. It showed me oxygen levels of 92-95, I went to the hospital with the device and the medical machine showed 98!!
Really a waste. The worst purchase I made.

This product showed, for example, 93-95 when the other 2 oximeters showed 98-99.
