Average movie, it is difficult to remove the protective film from the tape and it requires a very specific way otherwise the protective film remains on the adhesive and does not stick.
After you place it, after a few hours or during exercise it comes off.
For sweat and shower, I don't know why it never lasted long enough for me to try it :)
