    I highly recommend this specific rubber! I have used it both outdoors in humid conditions and indoors. The positive aspects are the protective cover it has to protect the rubber. Also, for my taste, the handle is not made of plastic, so one handle can fit inside the other, allowing you to tie it to a column for extensions. Finally, it has withstood the maximum stretching during exercise!
